Please set the charging current before inserting the plug into the vehicle. Otherwise, it will startcharging immediately and you cannot set the parameters after that.

GOOD TO KNOWN

  1. This is a Mode 2/Level 2 EV charging cable only for EVs with Type 1/ Type 2 inlets. Don’t use it for EVs with other types of inlets.
  2. This cable has complicated internal structure. Please do not take it apart without any protessional technical support.
  3. Don’t use it in the water.
  4. This product is only for EV charging. Please don’t use it for any other purposes.

ABOUT MAINTENANCE

In order to ensure the normal service life of the charger and reduce the risk, maintenance must be performed regularly. The maintenance of the equipment needs to be completed by profes- sionals, with use of qualified and safe maintenance tools. Please avoid strong bumping during transportation in order to protect the outer package of the product. The product should be placed at an ambient temperature of-25 C+55°C with a relative humidi ty of less than 95%. The ambient air should not contain acids, alkalis or other corrosive gases and explosive gases, It also should be away from rain, snow, wind and sand.

Leakage Protection

  1. Check whether there are any foreign objects or water in the charging plug or vehicle socket.
  2. Unplug and reconnect. If the fault persists, please check the entirecharging circuit before trying again. if the problem remains after multiple attempts, please stop using the charger and contact the after-sales personnel.

Over Current

  1. Check the selected power. Try again with higher current and restart.
  2. If the above operation does not work try to charge your vehicle with another AC charger. If your vehicle works well, please stop using the charger and contact the after-sales personnel

Short Circuit

  1. Check the selected power. Try again with higher current and restart.

Over Temperature

  1. The current ambient temperature is too high, so the charger stops to keep you safe.
  2. Charging will restart automatically when the temperature returns to an appropriate range.

Over Voltage

  1. Measure the input voltage to see if the current voltage is too high.
  2. Try to charge at another time.
  3. Voltage stabilizer is recommended to use for safety if the voltage in your area is often unstable.

CP Error
A communication error between the vehicle and charger has occurred.

  1. Unplug and reconnect. Make sure the plug is completely inserted.
  2. If the above operation does not work try to charge your vehicle with another AC charger. If your vehicle works well, please stop using the charger and contact the after-sales personnel.

  • To ensure the service life and stable operation of the charger, the operating environment should be kept as clean as possible with a relatively stable temperature and humidity. The charger must not be used in a flammable environments or environments with volatile gas.
  • Please keep the power cord away from the heated surface. Please do not put the power cord in the gap of the closed door or pull it out of sharp edges or corners.
  • Do not use the charger when the inside of the charging plug is wet.
  • Do not modify, retrofit, or change any part by yourself under any circumstances.
  • Please do not use this product as a toy. Please take good care of children to ensure that they will not play with this device as a toy nor put their fingers into the charging connector when the power plug is still connected.
  • The circuit to which the charger is to be connected must be equipped with a residual current circuit breaker.
