SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Respect the operating times of the accessories indicated in their specific sections of the manual.
Proceed according to maintenance and cleaning section of this manual for cleaning.
Warning: potential injury from misuse!
Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the glass jar and during cleaning.
Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
This appliance shall not be used by children.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
This appliance is intended for use at a maximum altitude of 2000m above sea level

IMPORTANT WARNINGS

This appliance is designed for home use and should never be used for commercial or industrial use under any circumstances. Any incorrect use or improper handling of the product shall render the warranty null and void.
Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the product label.
The mains connection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use.
Do not use the device, or connect and disconnect to the supply mains with the hands and / or feet wet.
In order to ensure the sealing effect of blending blade, please do not allow the blending blade to work without load.
Do not pull on the connection cord in order to unplug it or use it as a handle.
Unplug the product immediately from the mains in the event of any breakdown or damage and contact an official technical support service. In order to prevent any risk of danger, do not open the device. Only qualified technical personnel from the brand´s Official technical support service may carry out repairs or procedures on the device.

MANUAL CONTROL FOR VARIABLE SPEED

Product under this control will shift into variable speed controlled by hand.

  1. Set the knob (3) into “M” position, press the knob to start the function.
    Press again, the function will stop.

  2. Adjust the control bar (2) position to get Min. to Max. speed.

  3. This control you could use for all accessories.

“0” SWITCH OFF CONTROL

Turn the knob (3) into “0” position, product will stop function and reset the functions.

Reminder:
For Manual Speed and Auto Program functions, when plug in, turn the knob firstly into “0” position, and then change into function position. If not, function position functions will not be available. This setting is to avoid when plug in, the product working at once and bringing unexpected accident.

“P” PULSE

  1. Set the knob (3) into “P” position, press the knob to start the operation.
  2. Stop pressing, the product will stop operation.
  3. This control you could use for all accessories.

ICE CRUSHER

  1. Set the knob (3) into “Ice crusher” position, press the knob to start the function. Press again, the function will stop.
  2. This control you could use for blender (5)

SMOOTHIE

  1. Set the knob (3) into “Smoothie” position, press down the knob to start the function. Press again, the function will stop.
  2. This control you could use for blender (5)

DOUGH MIXING

  1. Set the knob (3) into “Dough mixing” position, press the knob to start the function. Press again, the function will stop.
  2. This control you could use with plastic blade (7)

CHOPPING

  1. Set the knob (3) into “Chopping” position, press the knob to start the function. Press again, the function will stop.
  2. This control is for stainless still chopper (6)

Due to different recipes ingredients, their performance result may be different. You could adjust the food with MANUAL CONTROL to get the best result.

USING THE KNIFE BLADE (6 and 7)

The 2 knife blades could be the most versatile of all the attachments.
Please check picture RC.1 and follow step by step to assemble machine.
Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 5 are locked well, or the machine will not work.
In step 3, stainless Steel knife blade or plastic blade could be settled, sure either blade is fixed well on shaft.
After operation, you can disassemble machine by opposite flow and direction. Only open the lid when blades completely stopped
Using The Knife Blade \(6 And 7\)

For stainless steel chopper blade (6):
Before processing, cut the food into pusher size pieces.
Not allow to working more than 1 min 30s. per time, cool the motor to cool before the next operation with 30 min. at least.
Suggest to use “Chopping” auto program.
For coarser foods use the pulse control.

For plastic blade (7):
Not allow to working more than 2 min 30s. per time, cool the motor to cool before the next operation with 30 min. at least.
Each time does not use more than 250g flour with 175g water.

USING 3-IN-1 PUSHER (4)

Please check picture RC.2 where you can find 3 size pushers (A/B/C) designed and used for slicer / julienne / French fried potato disc blade.

For the best performance, choose the smallest size pusher as ingredients.
Before operating the Food Processor, be sure the work bowl, blades and work bowl cover are properly assembled on the base.
Attention! The pin of Pusher C (picture RC.3) must be always inserted into the bowl to start its system, if not, the machine will not work.

Pusher A:
This pusher is for the smallest, thinnest food. Could be applied for slicer/ julienne disc blade.

  1. Well insert pusher B and C into the bowl feed tube firstly.
  2. Insert the food into the hole of pusher B.
  3. Press food down with Pusher A.

Pusher B:
This pusher is for the middle size food. Could be applied for slicer/ julienne disc blade.
Insert Pusher A into Pusher B firstly before usage. Pusher B need to be used with Pusher A together.

  1. Well insert pusher C into the bowl feed tube firstly.
  2. Insert the food into the hole of pusher C.
  3. Press food down with Pusher B.

Pusher C:
Use entire feed tube to process large items. Could be applied for slicer/ French fried potato julienne disc blade.
Pusher C need to be used with Pusher A and B together.

  1. Insert the food into the feed tube of bowl lid.
  2. Attention the MAX mark on the feed tube. if the food is higher than this mark, the pin of Pusher C maybe cannot start the machine.
  3. Press food down with Pusher C.

USING SLICER / JULIENNE / FRENCH FRIED POTATO / SHRED BLADE (8)

Please pay attention to the capacity line of bowl. Once the food approaches the max line on the bowl, please stop operation and pour out food.
Switch on and push down evenly with the pushers – never put your fingers in the feed tube.
Do not work more than 3 min., allow the motor to cool before the next operation at least 30 min. To get the best performance, suggestion on the 1/2 max speeds.

Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 6 are locked well, or the machine will not work.
In step 4 – 4 type disc could be settled.
After operation, you can disassemble machine by opposite flow and direction.
Always be careful when handling the blade as they are very sharp.
Only open the lid when the blades are completely stopped.

For Julienne blade, it is suggested on speed 1.
For Slicer blade, it is suggested on speed 1
For French Fried Potato blade, it is suggested on speed 2

USING THE BLENDER (5)

Do not work more than 3 min., Allow the motor to cool before the next operation at least 30 min.
Never open the lid when the blade is still rotating. For extra caution, you can unplug the appliance before removing the lid.
To add liquid ingredients during processing, remove the measuring cup of the lid and pour liquid through the opening in the lid.
Cut solid ingredients into smaller pieces before you process them.
For a large quantity, pour small batches of ingredients instead of a large quantity at one time.
Use cooked ingredients for a soup preparation.
If a liquid is hot or tends to foam (e.g. milk), do not put more than 1 liter in the blender jar to avoid spillage.
If the result is not satisfactory, switch the appliance off and stir the ingredients with a spatula (10).

To keep the best processing result: use the Max. or Pulse speed.
Please check picture RC.5 and follow step by step to assemble blender.
Ensure the jar in step 2 locked well, or the machine will not work.
After operation, you can disassemble blender by opposite flow and direction.
Always be careful when handling the stainless-steel blade as they are very sharp.
Only open the lid when the blades are completely Stopped
Using The Blender \(5\)

USING THE DOUBLE WHISK (9)

Use for light mixtures such as egg whites, cream, evaporated milk and for whisking eggs and sugar. Heavier mixtures such as fat and flour will damage the item.
Do not use the machine for more than 5 minutes per time.
Cool down machine for at least 30 minutes before the next operation.

Please check picture RC.6 and follow step by step to assemble double whisk.
Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 3 are locked well, or the machine will not work.
Ensure the whisk is well inserted into body unit before operation.
After operation, you can disassemble machine by opposite flow and direction.
Only take the whisk from the machine when the whisk are completely stopped.
To keep the best processing result: use the Max. speed.
Using The Double Whisk \(9\)

CLEANING

Before cleaning please remove the power cord from the socket.
Do not immerse the housing with motor in water.
Do not use any abrasive detergents.
Please only use a damp to clean the outside of the housing.
Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROB LE M EASY SOLUTION
Machine does not work
  • There is a safety interlock switching processing bowl/ blender. Please sure bowl and lock are securely locked into position.
  • If the motor still will not start, check the power cord and power outlet.

French Fried Potato Disk|

  • Always clear any blocked potato from the chipper disc before processing more potatoes.

Some food remains on the disc after processing|

  • 11 is normal for small pieces to remain after processing.

Motor slows down when mixing dough|

  • Amount of dough may exceed maximum capacity. Remove half and process in two batches.
  • Do not add more than 250g dough.

Dough is too dry|

  • Running machine and add water through feed cube, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough cleans the inside of the processing bowl.

Dough is too wet|

  • Running machine and add flour through feed cube, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough cleans the inside of the processing bowl

Motor slow down when chopping blade|

  • Amount of meat may be too much. Re- move half and process in two batches
  • For the best result, trim the meat of fat before processing.

Vibrates/moves during processing|

  • Clean and dry the rubber feet at the bottom of the unit.
  • Also make sure that the maximum load capacity is not being exceeded.

This product complies with European Directive 2012/19/EU on electrical and electronic devices, known as WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), provides the legal framework applicable in the European Union for the disposal and reuse of waste electronic and electrical devices. Do not dispose of this product in the bin, instead going to the electrical and electronic waste collection centre closest to your home.

WARRANTY REPORT

B&B TRENDS, S.L. guarantees compliance of this product for the use for which it is intended for a period of two years. In the case of breakdown during the term of this warranty, users are entitled to repair or else the replacement of the product at no charge if the former is unavailable, unless one of these options proves impossible to fulfill or is disproportionate. In this case, you can then opt for a reduction in price or cancellation of the sale, which must be dealt with directly with the sales vendor. This also covers replacement of spare parts provided that the product has been used according to the recommendations specified in this manual for both cases, and has not been tampered with by any third party that is not authorised by B&B TRENDS, S.L. The warranty will not cover any parts subject to wear and tear.
This warranty does not affect your rights as a consumer in accordance with the provisions in Directive 1999/44/EC for member states of the European Union.

USE OF WARRANTY

Customers must contact a B&B TRENDS, S.L. authorised Technical Service for repair of the product. Since any tampering of the same by anyone not authorised by B&B TRENDS, S.L., or the careless or improper use of the same shall render this warranty null and void. The warranty must be fully completed and delivered along with the receipt or delivery docket for the effective exercise of rights under this warranty.
This warranty should be retained by the user as well as the invoice, receipt or the delivery docket to facilitate the exercise of these rights. For technical service and after-sales care outside the Polish territory, please submit your query to the point of sale where you purchased the item or check for further aftersales information at www.zelmer.com
