SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Respect the operating times of the accessories indicated in their specific sections of the manual. Proceed according to maintenance and cleaning section of this manual for cleaning.
- Warning: potential injury from misuse!
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- This appliance is intended for use at a maximum altitude of 2000m above sea level.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
- This appliance is designed for home use and should never be used for commercial or industrial use un- der any circumstances. Any incorrect use or improper handling of the product shall render the warranty null and void.
- Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the product label.
- The mains connection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use.
- Do not use the device, or connect and disconnect to the supply mains with the hands and / or feet wet. Do not pull on the connection cord in order to unplug it or use it as a handle
- Unplug the product immediately from the mains in the event of any breakdown or damage and contact an official technical support service. In order to prevent any risk of danger, do not open the device. Only qualified technical personnel from the brand´s Official technical support service may carry out repairs or procedures on the device.

HOW TO USE
Insert beaters or dough hooks
Insert beaters or dough hooks into the correct outlets and ensure the beaters
or dough hooks securely lock in right position .
Attention: please carefully check Fig.2 and find the dough hooks /beaters
with gear must be lock in their right position.
Connecting to mixer holder
- Place the front of mixer unit onto mixer holder and then press the mixer unit downwards to lock it onto the mixer holder
- Check the mixer unit or mixer holder is securely locked in position.
- Put some food (such as flours, eggs etc.) the plastic bowl and then you can insert bowl cover into the mixer holder .
- Turn the 5-speed switch to position “0” then you can connect plug to power supply to use the mixer with bowl.
- You can use scraper to stir mixture food to make it more symmetrical while the mixer is working, or if you find some food is twinning on the top of the dough hooks/beaters during working, you can use scraper to peel off the food. Care must be taken while you use the scraper.
- Caution: Care must be taken while you assembling the appliance, and don’t connect plug to power supply and the switch must be turned to position “0” .
Operation
- Connecting power cord to power outlet and start operating the appliance.
- For better mixing result, first put liquid Ingredients into the bowl and then add the dry ingredients accordingly.
After use/ Insert or take out the bowl
After use, firstly you can take out the bowl cover.
Press the mixer release button and then take out the mixer unit, with dough
hooks/beaters from the mixer holder.
Press the mixer holder adjuster and lift up the mixer holder backwards and
then take out the bowl. Similarly you can take out the bowl from the mixer
stand by pressing the mixer holder adjuster.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE MIXER UNIT MANUALLY
Insert beaters or dough hooks into the correct outlets and ensure the beaters
or Dough hooks securely lock and in their position then you can use the mixer
unit manually.
Attention: please check Fig.6 and find the dough hooks with gear (indicated in
red circle) must be lock in their right position. To avoid splashing, place
the beaters or dough hooks inside the batter before operating the appliance.
- You can use scraper to stir mixture food to make it mix thoroughly
- while the mixer is working, or if you find some food is twinning on the top of the dough hooks/beaters during working, you can use scraper to peel the food off. Care must be taken while you use the scraper.
Mixer speed control
- Variable 5-speed& turbo button
- Low speed –level (1) selection
- Suitable for beginning and ending in mixing process, beating and mixing light or fluid batters, for shipping egg white or flour mixes.
- Medium speed –level (2, 3,4) selection
- For consistent mixing process
- High speed level (5) selection
- For whipping cake mixes, sauces and etc. Also for kneading consistent mixing process
- Turbo function
- The speed is same as high speed level (5), the appliance can directly reach to the fastest speed if you press the Turbo button while the appliance is working under the other speed. It comes back to the original speed automatically if we release the speed selector.
- position 0 Switch off the mixer
AUTION
Care must be taken while you assembling the appliance, and don’t connect the
plug to power supply and the switch must be turned to position “0” .
For turbo function and high speed (speed 5), it is recommended not to use more
than 1 minute to avoid motor overheating.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the appliance, adjust the speed switch to position”0”, Unplug
the cord from the power supply outlet.
Remove the bowl from the appliance and ensure not contain remain in the bowl.
Press “Ejection Button” to release the beaters or dough hooks from the mixer
Wash beaters, dough hooks, with a soft sponge and some mild detergent. Rinse
with water and wipe clean with a cloth.
Do no submerge the mixer unit into water or any type of liquids to avoid
electric shock and cause damage to the appliance to remove difficult stains,
clean the area surface with a damp cloth.

provides the legal framework applicable in the European Union for the disposal
and reuse of waste electronic and electrical devices. Do not dispose of this
product in the bin, instead going to the electrical and electronic waste
collection centre closest to your home.

USE OF WARRANTY
Customers must contact a B&B TRENDS, S.L. authorised Technical Service for repair of the product. Since any tampering of the same by anyone not authorised by B&B TRENDS, S.L., or the careless or improper use of the same shall render this warranty null and void. The warranty must be fully completed and delivered along with the receipt or delivery docket for the effective exercise of rights under this warranty. This warranty should be retained by the user as well as the invoice, receipt or the delivery docket to facilitate the exercise of these rights.
