How To Use
- Unfold the solar panel and place it under direct sunlight.
- Connect the solar panel to your devices.
- Prevent your devices from overheating. Place it under the solar panel,or in the shade to avoid direct sunlight.

1. What devices are the solar panel compatible with?
Only compatible with 5V low power low voltage devices, such as your mobile phone, iPad, mini fan, headphone, earbuds, etc. Note: Please do not use the two outputs simultaneously, because the two outputs will share the current, in this case, the current to each output would be too low to charge your devices.
2.What if the foldable solar panel is not charging my devices?
A. Check the input voltage of your devices, make sure the input voltage of your devices is compatible with the output voltage of the solar panel, which is 5V. B. Check the USB and USB-C output ports of the panel and the ports of your devices, make sure the port works. C. Both intermittent sunlight and cloudy weather will cause fluctuations in the output current, which perhaps will interrupt the charging process. 3. Why does the solar panel fail to reach 10W rated power output in actual usage?
Below are the factors that may affect the actual power output: sunlight intensity, panel surface temperature, sunlight exposure angle, and other interferences like trees/cloud shadows, foreign objects, dust, or other sticky substances.
4. Is the solar panel waterproof? How to keep the panel surface clean?
Yes, The solar panel part is IP65 waterproof, but the charging control part is not water resistant. we recommend you keep the panel away from wet environments for a longer lifespan. We recommend you use a soft damp cloth to clean any dirt, dust, or other sticky substances to avoid affecting product performance. Then use a soft dry cloth to keep the surface clean and dry.
Cautions
- The solar panel itself is not capable of storing electricity and can not be used as a backup battery.
- Always handle the products with care, do not disassemble the product, and avoid human-made scratch, damage, and hit.
- When not in use, store it in a dry and ventilated place.
- When using outdoors, please prevent the charging control part from dust, rain, or water.
