CAUTION
Read this manual carefully before using the appliance and save it for
future reference.
- Before the first use, check the device specifications and the power supply in your network.
- It is not intended for industrial use.
- For indoor use only. Use only for domestic purposes according to the instruction manual.
- Do not use with damaged cord, plug or other injuries.
- Keep the power cord away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
- Do not pull the cord. Always take the socket. Do not reel the cord around the device housing.
- Never attempt to frame and repair the appliance by yourself. If you meet problems, please contact the nearest customer service center.
- Using accessories or replacement parts that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause damage to the appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning and removing parts. Keep unplugged when not in use.
- To avoid electric shock and fire, do not immerse in water or other liquids. If this occurs, immediately unplug it and contact service center for inspection.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Before the first use grease grill pates with butter or margarine.
- Turn on the appliance and let to heat for 10 minutes in a closed state.
- Then unplug the appliance, let it to cool, then wipe working surface with a damp cloth.
USING THE DEVICE

Plug the device to the power supply. Device starts to heat up, the indicator lights (red and green) will be on.

Once the cooking surface has reached the preset temperature, the heating indicator light (the green one) will be off. You can start cooking.

Please don’t open the device during heating.

Place all ingredients to the working surface, close the lid.
CAUTION: Be careful, hot steam could came out! -
Average cooking time is 6-8 minutes. Anyway you can vary the time of cooking to taste.

Open the lid and take out prepared meal with wooden paddle. Please, do not use sharp metal things to not damage non-stick coating.

Close the lead to keep warm for cooking next.

Unplug the device after cooking.
RECIPES
OMELET Ingredients:
Combine milk and egg in a bowl. Add salt and seasonings to your taste. Mix
until smooth. Grease the pan with oil and switch power on. Close and lock the
lid. Pour the mixture onto the pan after the green LED goes off. Close the lid
and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Egg – 1pc.
Milk – 50ml
Salt and seasonings
Vegetable oil
MINCED STEAK
Ingredients: Grease the pan with oil and switch power on. Close and lock
the lid. When the green LED goes off, put sausages on pan and close but don’t
lock
the lid. Fry for 4-6 minutes.
Beef fillet – 200g.
Bulb onion – 50g.
Egg-1pc.
Garlic-5g.
Salt and seasonings.
Vegetable oil.l
CHEESE CAKES
Ingredients: Mix quark and sugar in a bowl until completely smooth. Add
egg, flour and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Shape 40-50g balls and roll
in rusk flour. Grease pan with oil and switch power on. Close and lock the
lid. Open the lid when the green LED goes off and put cheese cakes on pan.
Close and lock the lid. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
9%-fat quark – 200g.
Egg – 1pc.
Sugar – 50g.
White wheat flour – 80g.
Vanilla extract – 5g.
Vegetable oil.
Rusk flour.
GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST
Ingredients: Rinse chicken fillet. Dry on paper towel. Make cuts with a knife.
Combine chicken breast and BBQ sauce in a bowl and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Grease the pan with oil and switch power on. Close and lock the lid. Open the
lid when the green LED goes off and put chicken breasts on pan. Close but
don’t lock the lid and fry for 6-8 minutes.
Chicken breast – 400g.
BBQ sauce – 100g.
BAKED TROUT
Ingredients: Rinse trout. Dry on paper towel. Cut into pieces if trout is
too big. Rub trout with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Grease the
pan with oil and switch power on. Close and lock the lid. Open the lid when
the green LED goes off and put fish on pan. Close but don’t lock the lid. Fry
for 5-7 minutes.
Trout – 1pc.
Lemon juice.
White pepper.
Salt.
Vegetable oil.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the device befor the cleaning.
- Let the device to cool.
- Working surface and edges should be wiped with paper towel or soft cloth.
- If rest of stuffing stuck to the surface, pour a little bit oil on working surface and heat up for 1-2 minutes. Switch off the device and wipe the working surface after 5 minutes.
- Outer parts of device might be cleaned with wet cloth. Avoid contact of inner part with liquids and oil.
- Never sink the device into the water or other liquids.
- Device can’t be washed in dishwasher.
- Do not use abrasive agents, organic solvents and corrosive liquids.
