After several successful years, it was also time for our reference preamplifier SA-T7 to be revised. As with our integrated amplifiers from the TubeLine, we have modernized the design and removed the chrome rings. In addition, we have added a Bluetooth input (Vers. 5.0) to the preamplifier. Thus, music can easily be transferred from any mobile phone or tablet to the amplifier.

Still used is the BestPentode-circuit by Dipl.-Ing. Frank Blöhbaum, which eliminates the electrical current noise typical for pentode tubes. Because modern signal sources have different requests for the transmission quality of an amplifier, traditional (classical) circuit technology and ECC81/82/83/88 do not cover the full potential of tube technology.

The BestPentode stage we use has a much higher gain with less noise than comparable triodes. The E180F / 6SCH9P / 6SCH51P grid pentodes used in the SA-T7 MK can thus develop their full potential. The tubes are a new old stock (NOS) from storage that was used for amplifying high-frequency signals 24/7 in telecommunication.

Thanks to the BestPentode circuit technology used in combination with the exquisite Vimala power supply pairing, a highly linear amplification with almost no noise and outstanding speed for the best possible musical enjoyment is created. We at Vincent are very proud of our SA-T7MK because it is the peak of many years of experience in constructing innovative tube amplifiers.
