*To protect the relay, you must install the enclosed diode—with the cathode (striped end ) toward the positive side—for DC powered locks and install the varactor (MOV, ) for AC powered locks and for electromagnetic locks unless your lock has a diode/varactor (MOV) built in. Failure to use these as directed will void the warranty.
† Use the blue wire for fail-secure applications and the yellow wire for fail-
safe applications. Use electrical tape to insulate the end of any unused wire.

Overview and Installation
The reset jumper is only used to reset the device to factory default (see Installation Manual).

Connect Wiring
Feed wires into non-metal back box and connect to wiring harness using the included crimp connectors. -
Plug Wiring Harness In
Plug the wiring harness into the terminal block on the keypad, noting the orientation of the tabs. -
Mount Keypad to Back Box
Using the provided security screws, install the keypad into the back box, taking care not to crimp wires or loosen any connections.
IMPORTANT: Do not install into any type of metal back box as this will affect Bluetooth reception.
