Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the product while it is being charged?
– Our outdoor power supply supports charging while using, but it is not recommended as it will affect the battery life.
Is it normal that the power station is heated when being charged?
– Heating is normal for the charger during charging. Our standard charger meets the requirements of the national safety standard.
Why does the fan start sometimes?
– Outdoor power supply is equipped with high temperature protection function and the activity of the built-in fan is crucial to heat dissipation of outdoor power supply, thus avoiding high temperature. Therefore, the fan will start automatically when the temperature reaches a certain set value during use, and there will be a mild sound.
Why does the product shut down automatically during the use?
– When the outdoor power supply stops or only uses the low-power equipment, the output will automatically shut down after the time set by the system so ats to avoid
unnecessary energy consumption when the user forgets to shut it down.
Why can’t the charging equipment be used within the rated range of the product?
– It is possible that the battery level is lower than 20%. Please, charge it. Otherwise, it is possible that the starting power of some charging devices will be greater than the peak power of the outdoor power supply, or the actual operating power is higher than the rated output power of the outdoor power supply. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a power supply with a higher power.
Can I take the outdoor power supply on an airplane?
– No, the outdoor power supply is a lithium battery product. According to the regulations of airlines, passengers are prohibited to take lithium battery products with a capacity greater than 100 Wh on board.
