Product Usage Instructions
Pairing Instructions:
- Open the charging box and remove the headphones. They will automatically turn on.
- Pair with other devices by opening Bluetooth settings and selecting ‘G10’ to connect.
- If not connected for 3 minutes, the headphones will shut down automatically.
Charging Instructions:
The headphones turn off when placed in the charging box for
charging. Ensure Bluetooth is disconnected during charging.
Usage Notes:
- Avoid extreme temperatures and moisture exposure.
- Avoid dropping or disassembling the product.
- Keep away from high-frequency devices for optimal signal reception.
- Maintain an effective distance of 10 meters between the headphones and the Bluetooth device.
Operating instructions
- Open the charging box and remove the headphones. The headphones will automatically turn on and pair
- Pairing with other devices: Open the Bluetooth settings of your phone or other device and search for Bluetooth Click on the name “G10” to connect;
- Charging: The headphones are automatically turned off when placed in the charging box, and Bluetooth is disconnected to enter charging;
- Both left and right earphones can be separately connected to other Bluetooth devices for use:
- If the headphones are not connected to the Bluetooth device for 3 minutes, they will automatically shut down.

- Power on: Press and hold for 2 seconds

- Double click on the right ear: Volume increase phone mode
- Double click on left ear: Volume decrease
- Double click on the right ear: Volume increase

- Three strikes on the left ear : Previous song
- Three strikes on the right ear : Next song
- Press continuously for 2 seconds to wake up the voice assistant
- Press 5 consecutive times to clear pairing information

- Stay away from WIFI, routers, and other high-frequency transmitting devices, as this can affect the signal reception of the device and cause sound jamming and disconnection;
- Please use this product in an effective environment (10 meters), and there should be no physical obstruction (such as walls) between the Bluetooth device and headphones
Exception handling
- When the user’s abnormal operation causes the headset to only connect to a single headset or the Bluetooth name cannot be searched. Please put both earphones back into the charging case at the same time to activate, then turn on the Bluetooth of the phone and delete the phone. After entering the pairing record of “G10”, take out both earphones at the same time, and wait until the left and right earphones are automatically paired. When the blue light flashes successfully, turn on the mobile phone’s Bluetooth search connection again until success.
- If music is still playing in the background when you answer a call, please enter the music player settings. Go to the settings menu, find the playback settings, and turn off the “Allow simultaneous playback with other applications” switch.
