Connection

Instructions for Use

• Spread the panel.
• Tilt the panel by adjusting the back legs.
• Connect the MC4 port of the panel to the MC4-to-DC79006 cable and connect this cable to the DC input port of the Romoss portable power station.
• Alternative way of connection: Series circuit
  • Wire three panels in series by connecting the positive terminal of one panel to the negative terminal of another.
  • Connect the two remaining terminals with the MC4-to-DC7909 cable.
  • Charge the device that needs to be charged by connecting the MC4-to-DC7909 cable to its DC input.

Precautions for Use

• Please read carefully before use.
• Do not bend the panel.
• Do not put the panel in the shadow of trees or buildings.
• Do not soak the panel in water or any other liquids.
• Wipe the panel clean with wet cloth. Do not wash it in water.
• Do not use or store the panel near open flames or flammable objects.
• Do not scratch the panel with sharp objects.
• Do not put corrosive substances on the panel.
• Do not step on or place heavy objects on the panel.
• Do not disassemble the panel.
• Correctly connect the output circuit of the panel to the device. Reverse polarity wiring is forbidden.
• Before use, please check the connection of each component, wire, and plug.
• Do not drop the panel, or it would be rendered inoperable.

• Is the panel waterproof?
  Rated at IP67, the panel is protected from water splashes. To ensure the service life of the panel, please keep it dry every day.

• Why is the charging power of the panel so low?
  The charging power is determined by factors like weather, light angles, and shading.

  • Weather: Charging power is low in overcast or rainy days.
  • Light angle: Charging power is low when the panel faces away from the sun or does not receive direct sunlight.
  • Shading: Charging power is low when the panel is shaded against the sun or placed behind a glass window.

Warnings

• Do not squeeze the panel, or chip would be damaged, resulting in power drop.
• Use the panel in stable weather conditions. Its normal use and storage temperature ranges from -10 to 70 °C.
• Do not use it in extreme weather events like thunderstorms, strong wind, and hail.
• The panel converts solar energy into electricity and transmit it in the form of direct current to the Romoss energy storage product. The panel itself cannot store electrical energy.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase. The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

• Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
• If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
