Useful tips for malfunctions

  • The lamps do not light up
    • Check lux adjustment and connected lamps. Turn off the power for at least 10 seconds
  • The lamps do not go out
    • Check the set time. Turn off the power for at least 10 seconds.
  • The lamps continue to turn on and off
    • The sensor is installed too close to heat sources.
    • The sensor is oriented directly towards reflective surfaces or light sources.
  • Decreased sensitivity
    • Check the installation height.
    • Very high or particularly cold ambient temperature.
