KOHLER® Indoor Lighting Fixtures Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants the finish, structure and integrated LED components on KOHLER indoor lighting fixtures to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the time period noted on the table below, from date of purchase by the original consumer.
Indoor Light Fixtures
- Finish* 1 year
- Structure 5 years
- Integrated LED components 5 years
This warranty applies only to Kohler indoor lighting fixtures purchased and
installed in the United States and Canada. Kohler Co. will, at its election,
repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection
discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. Kohler Co. is not
responsible for removal or installation costs.
If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Kohler Co. either
through your Showroom, Contractor, KOHLER Signature Store, or by writing
Kohler Co., Attn.: Customer Care Center, 444 Highland Drive, Kohler, WI 53044,
USA. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim,
including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number,
color, finish, and proof of purchase (original sales receipt). For other

KOHLER CO. AND/OR SELLER ARE PROVIDING THESE WARRANTIES IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. KOHLER CO. AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
This is Kohler Co.’s exclusive written warranty.
With respect to hand painted finishes, variations in color, shade, flow,
grain, tonality, and texture are inherent characteristics thereof and are not
defects
