Production Description

The MS-D7A is a wireless flood detector for wireless alarm system designed to detect the presence of water at any desired location. The signal of the MS-D7A is transmitted by radion-frequency, which makes its installation easier. When detect the presence of water, the MS-D7A will send alarm signal to the control panel.

LED indications

Blinks once: The sensor detects leakage water and send out wireless alarm signal to the control panel.
Blinks quickly: Low power indication, the battery must be replaced.

Register the detector in the alarm system

Switch to Connection Mode on the control panel. Press the test button of the detector on its transmitter. The control panel beeps once: the detector is registered. If you hear two beeps, the detector has already been connected.

To check if the registration is complete, press the test button or put the sensor in the water. If the siren rings out, the registration is successful.

Installation

  • Open the case and remove the battery activation strip.
  • Mount the Transmitter on the wall or board firmly.
  • Mount the Sensor on the floor where the water is likely to leak.

Installation Notice

  • Install the detector where the water is likely to leak.
  • Do not install it at the area with rain, oil smoke and steam of cooking range.
  • Do not install the detector with submersed water.
