Before First Use
Remove the grater lid from the measuring jug and lift out all of the
accessories.
Hand-wash thoroughly.
Using the 4-in-1 Citrus Juicer
As a Grater or Zester
Place the grater lid onto the measuring jug. Gently rub the food to be grated or zested back and forth against the grater lid.
As a Citrus Juicer
- STEP 1: Assemble the small reamer onto the jug by aligning the grooves with the relevant slots.
- STEP 2: Cut the piece of fruit to be juiced into equal halves, then place one half on the small reamer.
- STEP 3: Squeeze the fruit to be juiced over the small reamer and twist left to right, until all of the juice has been extracted.
- STEP 4: To juice larger citrus fruits, fit the large reamer over the small reamer and gently press down to secure.
As a Separator
- STEP 1: Assemble the small reamer face down inside the measuring jug by aligning the grooves with the relevant slots.
- STEP 2: Carefully crack an egg into the central opening to separate the ecg white from the yolk.
Cleaning the 4-in-1 Citrus Juicer
Not dishwasher safe. Remove the crater lid from the measuring jug before cleaning. Hand-wash all components in warm, soapy water using a mild detergent and soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
WARNING: Suitable for soft citrus fruits only. Sharp blades; handle with
care.
