Warnings & Cautions

  • To avoid electric shock, serious injury or property damage, isolate power before installing, removing or servicing the product.
  • It is recommended that luminaires are installed by a qualified electrician to ensure the installation complies with the local current wiring regulations.
  • To maintain the IP rating the correct LED lamp must be installed. Suitable for GLS shaped LED lamps only.
  • These products are designed for connection to a 200-240V~ 50/60Hz supply.
  • This luminaire is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
  • Any broken or damaged parts should be replaced as soon as possible.
    JCC will not accept responsibility for claims arising from sub-standard installations; which will void the warranty.

Installation procedure

  1. Remove body from base/back plate and use as a template for fixing ensuring correct orientation (arrow up).
  2. Feed cable through grommet, ensuring water tight prior to fixing in desired location.
  3. Terminate electrical connections as shown in Fig 1.
  4. Fit suitable LED lamp as required (max 15W LED).
  5. Refit body and secure with fixings.
  6. Turn on supply and test for operation.
    N.B. To fit lamp remove top cover using suction cup for glass (bollard only).

Dip switch settings

  1. PIR override
    PIR overide gives you the option to allow the sensor to operate in any light level (daylight) or below 10lux(twilight)
    To override the sensor select “on” and this will operate regardless of light levels.
    To operate in Auto mode which will operate in low light levels 10 lux or below(twilight) select the off postion.

  2. PIR sensitivity
    PIR sensitivity will alow you to select the range or distance of detection.
    To select High sensitivity( up to 8 metres) ensure the PIR sensitivity dip switch is in the “off” position.
    To select Low sensitivity (up to 3 metres) push dip switch to “on” position

  3. PIR Time delay
    Time delay options are :
    5 seconds(5”), 30 seconds(30”), 1 minute(1’), 3 minutes(3’), 5 minutes(5’), 8 minutes(8’) Push dip switch to “on” for required time delay. If all are in the “off” position  the default time delay is 5 seconds(5”)

The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner and make it available for the recyclable material collection service.
General maintenance requirements for exterior products:
JCC recommends that all exterior products, especially those with stainless steel components are cleaned with warm water and dried with a chamois leather or absorbent dry  cloth. Weathering, environmental pollution and bird droppings should be cleaned off with a non-abrasive cleaner suitable for the material type. To preserve the finish of the product, clean every two to three months. After installation is complete, then bi-annually, grease or lubricate removable fixings, to help ensure maintenance is trouble free.

This product is supported by a 2-year standard warranty which will extend to 3 years if registered within the first year of purchase.

The installer will be asked to provide the following information, which is detailed on a label attached to the luminaire’s chassis: Product Code/Date Code.
