Please read all of the operational guide and safety regulations in this manual before operation. Improper operations without complying with this manual guided could cause damage to the device, influence on measurement result or bodily injury to the user.
The instrument is not allowed to disassemble or repair on any ways. It is forbidden to do any illegal modification or performance change for laser emitter. Please keep it out of reach of children and avoid using by any irrelevant personnel.
It is strictly prohibited to shoot eyes or other parts of body with the laser; it is not allowed to take the laser to shoot any objects’ surface with strong reflecting.
Due to electromagnetic radiation interference to other equipment and devices, please don’t use the meter in the plane or around medical equipment, don’t use it in inflammable, explosive environment.
Discarded batteries or meter device shall not process just like household garbage, please handle them in line with related law and regulations.

Overview
This series of devices are designed to measure Distance ,Area,Volume. which is mainly applied in indoor decoration and design, building construction.
- Measure (short press: single measurement; long press: continous measurement )
- Function switch (short press: distance/area/volume measurement ; long press: unit switch)
- Return / Power button (short press: return; long press: power on or off)
- Record query (press the two buttons together)
- Reference point (press the two buttons together)
Operation
1. Power on or off
Long press for 2 secs to turn on or off the device.
2. Single measurement
short press to start laser, short press again to start measuring.
Then the result will display on the screen immediately.
During work mode, the red icon will flicker, otherwise, it would be invisible.
3. Continous measurement
Long press for 2 secs to enter continous measurement mode, the real-time Max &
Min value will be on the screen. ( below image) In this mode, press or button
to stop measurement. or it will stop if no operation after 3mins.

4. Area measurement
Press , it enters area mesurement mode when displays on the screen , then
short press to measure the length and width accordingly, the device will
caculate the area value automatically and display the value on the screen.
5. Volume measurement
Press , it enters volume mesurement mode when displays on the screen , then
short press to measure the length ,width and heigth accordingly, the device
will caculate the volume value automatically and display the value on the
screen.
6. Unit switch
Long press for 2 secs, then you can select the preferred unit.

7. Benchmark
Press + together, you can set the benchmark to measure from the front side ,
or from the end side.
8. Record query
Press + together, you can query the datas measured before. then short press
to read the records. press or button to quit.

Error reasons and solutions

| 203 | High or Low Temperature | Measure at the required temperature range |
| 220 | Low battery | Replace new battery |
| 254 | Wrong calculation | Measure again in correct operation |
| 255 | Weak signal | Test strong reflection ability of target |
| 256 | Strong signal | Don’t measure under strong light |
| 257 | Out of measure range | Measure within the range |
| 300 | Hardware error | Restart, or contact dealer if it happens again |
