Before the installation and use of the device, please refer to the end into
this document.
This will help avoid possible, danger, mistakes and misunderstanding.
Purpose
Current control relays is designed to protect electrical AC overload current
or deviation from the set limits.
Using the control relays current can limit power, which is consumed, remote
equipment, as well as to control the normal work of single-phase motors.
Current relay with a polarized relay (see Specification) does not disconnect
the load when the supply voltage fails.
The load is only disconnected when the set current limits are exceeded.
Warning! It is forbidden to use to protect equipment, which runs from the sources of modified sine, uninterruptible power supply output voltage sinusoid are not Long operation (more than 5 minutes) from the following sources voltage may damage and lead to not warranty repair.

Connection scheme
Supply voltage (100-400 V, 50 Hz), which will be controlled by current, served on terminals 1 and 2, while phase (L) is determined by the indicator and activated on terminal 2, and zero (N) — terminal 1.
The connecting voltage wires connected to terminal 3 and zero terminal block (not included).
DONOT connect voltage with surge zero in terminal 1!

Installation
The appliance is intended for installation inside residences. The risk of moisture or humidity in the installation site should be minimal. When installing in the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, pool appliance must be located in a shell with protection degree not below IP55 per GOST 14254 (partial protection from dust and weatherproof in any direction).

The appliance is installed in a special box, which allows to conduct the easy
installation and operation. It should be equipped with standard mounting rail
35 mm width (DIN rail). The appliance takes in width of three standard module
on 18 mm.
The height of the appliance should be in the range from 0,5 to 1,7 m from the
floor. The appliance is installed and activated after installation and
inspection of the voltage.
The relay is installed after the protective circuit breaker (CB), which backs
up protective function. The circuit breaker (CB) is installed in the phase
cable break as shown on Layout 2. It must be designed for the rated load
current of your current relay.
To protect person from electric shock leak is set SSD (safety shutdown
device).
To connect your device:
- fix the appliance on the mounting rail (DIN);
- take a wire;
- make the connection according to the passport.
Terminals of the device designed for wire cross section up to 16 mm2. To reduce mechanical load on the terminals it is desirable to use soft wire, for example, vinyl-insulated wire, flexibility class 3. Clean the end wires of 10 ±0.5 mm. If end is longer, it can cause a short circuit, and if short — cause unreliable connection. Use the cable lugs. Undo the screws of the terminals and insert tipped end of the wire in terminal.

Tighten terminal with derived average 2.4 Н·m. Low tight may lead to low
contact and over-heating terminals and wires and over tight — damage terminals
and wires.
Wires protracted in terminals with a screwdriver with a shank width not more
than 6 mm. Screw with shank width more than 6 mm may apply mechanical damage
to terminals. This could result in loss of warranty. Crossing the wires wiring
to which connects should meet the size of electric current, consumed load.
Exploitation
Enabling
When the power supply to terminals 1 and 2, after a preset time delay device
include turns on load and control current.
If the current exceeds the set limits, the screen starts flashing, and after
the set shutdown time turns off the load.
In 5 sec after the last pushing buttons current control relay return to indication of main voltage.

To view the basic limits of current «I1» push on the «+» or «–» button.
Flashing values can change with buttons «+» or «–».
Minimal » 0 and additional « 2 » limits currents
If the menu depth settings involved minimal «I0» and additional «I2» limits
currents, the main boundary current «I1» can be set no lower than «I0» and not
above «I2».
Function menu (table 1)
Use the middle button to navigate through the menu.
Use the «+» and «–» buttons to change the parameters. After pressing the
button for the first time the parameter will flash, after pressing it for the
second time the parameter will change.
An example of using minimal and additional current limits
Let’s assume that in order to protect the electric motor, we want to limit its
operation at maximum power, and in case of overload, stop its operation.
For this purpose, we configure the current relay as follows:
The main current limit «ı1» is the current consumed under maximum load;
Switch-off delay «toF» – is operating time at maximum load;
Additional current limit «ı2» is motor overload current;
Set the response time when current exceeds additional limit «t2» is so as to
limit the overload;
Minimum current limit «ı0» is maximum current of motor without load.
We recommend to use it in order to limit the operation of the electric motor
without load (idling mode); «t0» is time of current action below the minimum
limit.

Viewing the alarm log file Emergency records are stored in non-volatile

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS, CAUSES AND WAYS TO OVERCOME THEM
At turning on neither indicator nor led do not shine.
Possible cause: There is no power supply voltage.
It is necessary to: Ensure supply voltage presence.
The «Err» sign flashes on the display.
Possible cause: operation of the protection system exceeded the set value.
The device was blocked.
Required measure: unblock the device by pressing any button.
Check the cause of the protection operation, check the device settings.
In other cases, contact the Service center.
Delay time of load turning on (table 1)
The delay control is described in Table 1.
The countdown will always be accompanied by a flashing dot at the far right of
screen and time remaining until switching
on the load. «t» symbol will appear in far; left site of screen when less than 100 seconds remain.
Reset to factory settings
To reset the factory settings, hold the three buttons at the same time for more than 12 s. until «dEF» message appears on the screen. After release, reset to factory settings and reboot will take place.
Protection from inner overheating
In case if the temperature inside the exceed 80 °C, will be emergency lockout
of loading.
On the screen 1 time/s (overheat) will be displayed.
At this time, pressing the middle button will display the temperature of the
thermal protection.
If protection triggers more than 5 times in a row, the current relay will be
blocked until the temperature inside the case drops to 60 ° C and the «+» or
«-» buttons are pressed to unlock the relay. «oht» inscription will stop
blinking.
At breakout or short circuit of temperature sensor, device continues to
operate normally, but every four seconds the message «Ert», indicating the
problem with sensor. In this case, control over inner overheating will not be
done sensor.
The device will be unlocked in case if the temperature inside will decrease to
60 °C.
Safety instructions
- Carefully read and become aware of yourself these instructions.
- Connection of the device must be done by a qualified electrician.
- Before the installation (dismantling) and connection (disconnection) of the device, turn off voltage supply and also act according to the «Rules of an arrangement of electric installations».
- Turning on and off or and configure the device should be with dry hands.
- Do not connect the device to the network disassembled. Avoid hitting of water or moisture to the device.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures (higher than 40 ºС or below -5°C) and high humidity.
- Never clean the device with the use of chemicals such as benzene, solvents.
- Do not store the device and do not use it in areas with the dust.
- Do not attempt to disassemble and repair the device.
- Do not exceed the landmarks value adaptor and power.
- To protect against overvoltage caused by lightning discharges, use a lightning protector.
- Protect the children from games with the working device, it is dangerous.
Do not fire and do not throw away the device with the household waste.
Device used must be taken in accordance with current legislation.
Transportation of goods carried in the package, ensuring the safety of the
product.
The device is transported by any kind of transport (rail, sea, motor, air
transportation).
