Important Tips

  1. During the vacuum sealing process, small amounts of liquids, crumbs, or food particles may be pulled into the vacuum tank in the machine.
    • To prevent this, follow these tips:
    • a. For moist and juicy foods: freeze first and avoid overfilling bags.
    • b. For soups, sauces, and liquids: freeze first and avoid overfilling bags, or use a canister or container in the refrigerator.
    • c. For powdery or fine-grained foods: avoid overfilling bags or use a canister or container.
  2. When working continuously, it is recommended to wait for 30 seconds at the interval of every use to cool down the heater seal strip sufficiently. The program is designed to protect your products and ensure the sealing effect is best.
  3. When you are vacuum sealing items with sharp edges (dry spaghetti, silverware, etc.), protect the bag from punctures by wrapping items in soft cushioning material, such as a paper towel. You can use a canister or container instead of a bag.
  4. Fresh fruits and vegetables are not suitable for vacuum storage at room temperature, because they have a breathing effect and release heat, which can easily expand the bag. For better effect, it is recommended that such items be packed in a preservation box and stored in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
  5. After use, please put the support card back between the upper and lower shell of the machine, so as not to affect the use of sealing sponge under pressure deformation.

Care and Cleaning

  1. Press the off button and unplug before cleaning.
  2. Do not sink the machine or its electric wire in water or other liquid for cleaning.
  3. After use, wait for the machine to completely cool down, then use a wet sponge or cloth to clean the vacuum chamber and surface.
  4. Do not use a brush to scrub the machine, otherwise, it will leave scratches.

Common Troubleshooting

The vacuum sealer not operating:

  1. Check whether there is a power outage or whether the machine is properly plugged in.
  2. Check the electric wire, the plug, and the machine itself to see if there is any damage, and if there is, do not use it.

Insufficient air suction or failure of automatic heat sealing:

  1. Check whether the lid is fully locked.
  2. Check whether the sealing function is working properly.
  3. Check whether the bag is damaged and causes air leakage; whether the bag is correctly placed in the vacuum cavity; and whether there are obstructions on the sealing sponge and the upper and lower welding bar.
  4. Make sure that the sealing sponge and welding bar are not deformed or damaged.

After sealing, air enters the bag again:

  1. Check if the bag is wrinkled or damaged, or if there is a foreign matter in the bag opening causing the bag to leak. Open the bag, wipe the opening part, flatten the bag to make sure there is no wrinkle or damage, and then vacuum.
  2. Check whether the bag is damaged for packaging sharp items.

Sealing function not working properly:

  1. After a previous sealing procedure, there is a 30-second pause before you can press the “NORMAL VAC”, “SOFT VAC” or “SEAL ONLY” buttons to execute another sealing procedure.
  2. This could happen if there are folds, grease, liquid, or other substances on the sealed end of the bag.
  3. The overheating sealing element will lead to the melting of the sealed end of the preservation bag. If use the machine for over 30 minutes, you can open the top lid and wait a few minutes for the sealing strip to cool down.
