Scope of delivery
Pelvic-/Chest belt Aquatec® ORCA, (Order-no. complete set: 1528702)
Safety
CAUTION Risk of injury!
- Follow the accident prevention regulations for the tools and machines used.
- Pay attention to the safety of your fingers when drilling.
- Always drill orthogonally to the surface.
Assembly
**Fig. 5 (for pelvic belt) and Fig. 6 (for chest belt) show the device with
existing assembly holes.
For devices without existing assembly holes:

Tools: Battery powered drill; Drill bit: Twist drill Ø 8 mm
Pelvic belt: Using the drilling jig, according to Fig.1, drill a hole
through the outside wall only.
Chest belt: Using the drilling jig, according to Fig.3, drill a hole
through the plastic rib.
For all devices:
(Pelvic belt: Fig. 2 & 5 / Chest belt: Fig. 4 & 6)
Tools: Allen key SW4
- Lead bolt B with spacer C through the eyelet A of the belt. If the belt ends protrude, fold them and lead the bolt through two eyelets.
- From the inside (for the pelvic belt) resp. from the frontside (for the chest belt), place the rivet nut D in the drilled hole.
- Tighten the screw with the Allen key until the rivet nut completely fits with its bearing face.
- Repeat steps 1 to 3 on the opposite side.
