Please read the instructions carefully and save these instructions, as you may
need them at a later date.
CAUTION
Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture,
in order to prevent possible shock.
GENERAL
All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National
Electrical Code (N.E.C.) standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper
electrical wiring connections obtain the services of a qualified electrician.
Remove the fixture and the mounting package from the box and make sure that no
parts are missing by referencing the illustrations on the installation
instructions.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
- Remove the bracket mounting screws from the mounting bracket (#2) and place them aside in a safe location.
- Pull the power supply wires out from the outlet box (#1), and mount the mounting bracket (#2) to the outlet box (#1), using the bracket mounting screws. (Fig. 1)
- Attach the black supply wire (#4) to the black fixture wire (#7) and the white supply wire (#3) to the white fixture wire (#6) using wire nuts. Connect the fixture ground wire (#8) and the supply ground wire (#5) together using a wire nut. Wrap all wire connections with electrical tape for a more secure connection. Note: If you have electrical questions, consult your local electrical code for approved grounding methods.
- Carefully tuck all wires and wire nuts into the outlet box (#1). Place the canopy of the fixture over the outlet box (#1), and flush against the ceiling surface, making sure the canopy mounting holes align with the mounting holes. Thread the canopy mounting screws (#10) into the canopy mounting holes to secure the canopy and tighten screws.

Envirolite warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the original date of purchase by the consumer. This warranty is limited to the counter replacement at the time of purchase, with the original purchase receipt.
