Troubleshooting Steps
This mouse is a plug & play mouse that doesn’t need any driver to run if you run the mouse on a computer and it doesn’t function correctly. please try the following steps:
- Unplug the mouse from the USB port, and plug it into the USB port again, then restart the computer.
- If you are using a desktop PC, it would be better to plug it into the USB port on the back of the computer, due to the ports located on the back of the computer being able to provide more power than those in the front.
- Try a different USB port or test it on another computer and check the behavior of the mouse, to see if it can run correctly.
- Try a different surface, better to run it on a mouse pad due to that a mouse could perform better on a smooth surface.
