IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, injury to persons, or damage
when using the range, follow basic precautions, including the following:
- Read all instructions thoroughly before using.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use oven gloves for removing or touching any hot part.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliances are used by or near children.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug., or any parts of the oven in water or other liquid.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not operate appliances with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance’s malfunction, or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliances to the nearest Authorized Service Center for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- The use of accessory attachments that are not provided by the manufacturer may cause hazard or injury.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven, or in a microwave oven.
- When operating the oven, keep at least four inches of space on all sides of the oven to allow for adequate air circulation.
- Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow cooling before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- To disconnect, turn the control to OFF, then remove the plug. Always hold the plug, never pull the cord.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads as pieces can break off from the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock.
- Never leave the appliances unattended while broiling or toasting.
- Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
- A fire may occur if the oven is covered or near any flammable material, including curtains, draperies, etc, when in operation. Do not store any item in the oven during operation.
- Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed of anything other than metal or glass.
- Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper, or anything similar.
- Do not store any materials, other than recommended accessories, in this oven when the oven is hot.
- Always wear protective, insulated oven gloves when inserting or removing items from the hot oven.
- Do not use outdoors. For household use only.
- Do not use appliances for other than intended use.
- The instructions should state that the appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating
- The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction
- Children are being supervised not to play with the appliance.
CONTROL PANEL
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Choose the desired temperature from 100 to 250°C for cooking.
FUNCTION CONTROL
This oven is equipped with different functions for a variety of cooking needs.
- Upper heating element is working during this function..
- Lower heating element is working during this function.
- Upper and Lower heating elements are working together during this function.
- Convection is working during this function.
- Rotisserie is working during this function.
- RotIsserie and convection are working during this function.
TIME CONTROL
60mins timer. You can set the time by turning the control clockwise. This
function has a bell ring indicator at the end of the programmed time.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
After re-assembling your oven, we recommend that you run it at the highest temperature on the toast function for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any packing residue that may remain after shipping. This will also remove all traces of odor initially present.
- Insert the removable wire rack or bake tray with food.
- Set the temperature control to the desired position.
- Set the function control.
- Turn the Time Control to desired timing. Bell will ring to signal at the end of the Toast cycle.
- To pause cooking, turn the timer dial to position “Off to switch off the oven.
PLEASE NOTE:
Initial start-up operation may result in minimal smell and smoke. This is
normal and harmless. It is due to the burning of the protective substance
applied to the heating elements in the factory.
CARE & CLEANING
- It is important that you clean the appliance after each use to prevent an accumulation of grease and avoid unpleasant odors.
- Allow the appliance to cool and unplug from the outlet before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or wash it under a tap.
- Removable wire rack, baking pan, and crumb tray can be washed, as normal kitchenware.
- Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the oven glass, as scratching may weaken it and cause shattering.
- Let all parts and surfaces dry thoroughly prior to plugging the oven in and using it.
