Thank you for choosing this Tower accessory set. Please read these
instructions carefully, they will tell how to use and care for your Tower
accessories. If you have any further questions about the set please contact

of this leaflet.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using your new accessories it is recommended that all labels are
removed and the bakeware, cupcake cases, waffle and tartlet moulds, silicone
mat, silicone tongs and brush are washed with a non-abrasive, mild detergent
solution, rinsed and dried thoroughly.
To obtain the best results from any items with non-stick cooking surfaces it
is recommended that you condition the non-stick cooking surface with a small
amount of cooking vegetable oil which is spread on the surface with a clean
cloth and then use a paper towel to remove the excess oil. Periodic
conditioning will help to preserve the release quality of the non-stick
surface.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
The cupcake cases, waffle and tartlet moulds, silicone mat, silicone tongs and
brush are dishwasher safe, however hand wash Is recommended to maintain the
finish. Do not use steel wool, scouring pads, oven cleaners, bleach or strong
abrasive cleaners to clean them. Store in a cool, dry and clean place.
The bakeware is oven safe to 230t/Gas Mark 7. Always use protective oven
gloves when handling hot bakeware items during or after cooking. Do not use in
microwave ovens, grill or use on direct heat sources. These bakeware items are
for household use only.
It Is recommended that plastic or wooden utensils are used to minimize the
damage to the surfaces. Avoid sharp metal implements such as forks, mashers,
knives or whisks as they can damage the non-stick surfaces. DO NOT plunge
into, or fill with, cold water when hot. Cool the bakeware for a few minutes
before cleaning.
The bakeware Items are dishwasher safe, however hand wash is recommended to
maintain the finish. Do not use harsh abrasive detergent or scouring
pads/brushes to clean them.
To remove dried on food, soak in warm soapy water before cleaning. Do not
leave your bakeware to soak in water for long periods of time.
Over time, the rim of the bakeware may appear slightly rusty due to washing up
water becoming trapped inside this area. This Is natural trait of carbon
steel, not a fault, and It will not affect the performance of the product. If
desired, leave the products in a warm oven for a few minutes to remove
moisture from inside the rim.
STORAGE
Dry the bakeware items thoroughly before storing. DO NOT store wet bakeware as
it will cause a bacteria build-up. Store your bakeware in a clean, cool and
dry place. When stacking, place a layer of paper/protector between the
bakeware to avoid scratching or damage.
FAULTY PRODUCT?
Tower products are tested before leaving the factory. In the unlikely event of
any product proving to be faulty within 28 days of purchase, It should be
returned to the place of purchase for it to be replaced.
If the fault develops after 28 days and within 12 months of original purchase,
you should contact the Helpline number quoting the model number.
You may be asked to return a copy of proof of purchase. Subject to the
exclusions set out on page 10 (see Exclusions), the faulty product will then
be repaired or replaced and dispatched usually within 7 working days of
receipt.
If, for any reason, this item is replaced during the 1 year guarantee period,
the guarantee on the new item will be calculated from original purchase date.
Therefore it is vital to retain your original till receipt or invoice to
Indicate the date of initial purchase. To qualify for the 1 year guarantee,
the product must have been used according to the instructions supplied.
EXCLUSIONS
This guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out
above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.

the goods under the terms of the guarantee where the fault has been caused or
is attributable to accidental use misuse, negligent use or used contrary to

If any defect arises due to faulty materials of workmanship, the faulty
products must be returned to the place of purchase.
Refund or replacement is at the discretion of the retailer.
