Operating Instructions
Congratulations on your purchase of this professional fryer. We hope that it will bring you much pleasure and satisfaction. To help the fryer last longer, we recommend that you read the instructions in this manual carefully. The mechanical and electrical design of all our fryers is identical. Only the shape, volume, and material chosen for the outer components vary.
Getting started
- First of all, make sure that the appliance is disconnected.
- Wash the lid, basket, and basin in soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- The control box and element can be cleaned using a damp cloth.
- In no circumstances must the control box and connecting cable ever be immersed in water.
- Reassemble the components (see pages 2- 14), ensuring that the control box slides properly into the grooves.
- Unroll the cable, ensuring that it does not touch any neighboring heat source.
- Fill the basin with oil. The ideal level is between the MIN and MAX level indicators in the basin. Always check the level in the fryer before use. Failure to comply with this instruction will lead to a readily identifiable breakdown, which is not covered by the guarantee.
- If the fryer is started when the element is not completely covered, the safety thermostat will cut in, as its function is to cut off the supply as soon as the element overheats. Never connect the fryer before filling the basin. To restart the unit, press the RESET button at the rear of the housing.
- Check that the voltage levels in your electricity are consistent with those shown on the rear of the control box.
Using the fryer
- Switch on the fryer by connecting it to the mains. Ensure that the socket is connected to an earth.
- The indicator light will come on.
- Remove the lid if it does not have a filter.
- Turn the control knob to the right until the desired temperature is reached. If the indicator light remains on, the desired temperature has not been reached. When the light goes out, the fryer is ready for use. Place the basket in its groove. Tip the neck of the basket outwards, ensuring that it fits into the fixed loop. Pressing lightly should fix it correctly.
- Lift the basket out of the cooking oil to ensure that no food sticks to it.
- Do not load the basket more than two-thirds full, otherwise, there is a risk of overflow and all the undesired consequences of such an event.
- Always ensure that the indicator light is off before placing the basket in the cooking oil.
- When cooking is complete, remove the basket and shake it against the edge in order to remove excess cooking oil.
- When cooking fries, it is a good idea to shake the basket during the last fry, in order to separate the fries and produce a uniform gold color.
After use
- Reset the temperature knob to the position. Tip the neck of the basket inwards and replace it in the basin.
- Disconnect the connection cable.
- Allow the cooking oil to cool before replacing the lid.
- Replace the connection cable in its box and store the fryer.
Safety instructions
- Before connecting the fryer, ensure that the voltage is the same as that shown on the information plate.
- If the connection cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the aftersales department, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger.
- Never fill the basin above the max level, otherwise, an overflow may occur during frying with all the attendant consequences.
- Avoid breathing the hot vapors given off during cooking.
- Never carry out frying with the lid still on the fryer.
- We recommended that you touch only the temperature control knob and handles.
- Pay close attention to the fryer working, and always keep children away.
- Ensure that the basin is clean and dry when filling it with oil even a few drops of water can cause splashing during frying.
- Always disconnect the fryer when not in use, and ensure that everything has cooled before taking the fryer down or replacing the
- In the event of a malfunction, do not use the fryer but allow an approved after-sales department to examine it.

Frozen foods
If water or ice is placed in a fryer at high temperature, the hot liquid will be splashed about and vigorous boiling will occur, causing the volume of the oil to increase greatly. For this reason, you are asked to:
- Minimize the amount of frozen food fried at any one time.
- Remove any ice crystals on the surface of the food.
- Immerse the frozen food slowly into the cooking oil and remove it as soon as the indicator light comes on.
- Wait for the light to go out and merge the food in the cooking oil. Then packaging or in the table below.
- Never allow a basket full of frozen food to hang over insufficiently heated oil, as this will cause splashing.
Advice in case of Malfunction

DO YOU USE SOLID FAT?
Do not place the block of fat on the heating element. Melt the block of fat in another receptacle and pour the melted fat into the fryer. Should the block of fat come into contact with the element, the safety cutoff will be triggered. Press the “reset” button (no. 10 on the detailed view). When heating the fat, make certain to pierce one or more holes in it to help it melt and to avoid little explosions.

- Fill your basket no more than two-thirds filled with food.

FAQ’s
The first time using a fryer: what should you do?
Before using the air fryer to cook, some manufacturers advise running it for 10 minutes on empty to allow it to off the gas. Have the vents on or the windows open in case there is a minor chemical scent (one guidebook referred to it as a “new appliance smell”). It ought to only happen once.
What should I be aware of prior to utilizing an air fryer?
Prior to using the air fryer for cooking, it must be preheated.
What temperature works best for deep-frying?
The best frying oils will have a smoke point that is greater than 375 since the ideal deep-frying temperature is between 350 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Is there a lot of electricity used by an air fryer?
For instance, a 1500W air fryer will consume around 1.5 kilowatts of electricity each time it is used, assuming that you use it for an hour each day on average. The majority of air fryers consume 1.4 to 1.7 kWh (kilowatts of energy per hour)
How do oil-free air fryers function?
A heating system and fan are located in the top portion of an air fryer. When you turn on the fryer, hot air rushes down and around the food that you have placed in the basket.
What does the fryer serve?
Deep fryers allow you to prepare food in deep oils or fats that have been heated to high degrees, whether they are made for indoor or outdoor use.
How can you tell when the fryer is finished?
Simply drop a wooden spoon into the oil to get started. If there are no bubbles forming around the spoon, the temperature is insufficient.
What are the top two deep fryer safety guidelines?
Avoid jamming too many items into the frying basket while using a deep fryer to prevent undercooking, uneven cooking, and oil spillage. Avoid touching the frying pan when it is covered in oil or adding food to avoid splattering oil or getting burned. You should never leave your fryer running unattended.
Can you use an air fryer to cook raw food?
If the meat is properly defrosted, seasoned, and watched while cooking, it is safe to cook raw meat in an air fryer.
How should a new air fryer be cleaned?
The basket, pan, or tray should be removed and washed in the sink with warm water and dish soap. Overnight drying is recommended. With a damp, soapy cloth, sponge, or paper towel, clean the interior of the fryer, paying special attention to the heating element. Reclean the area with a moist towel, then dry it off.
How much oil temperature is managed for frying?
Use a clip-on deep-fry thermometer and keep a constant eye on the temperature of the oil to maintain the right level.
When frying, how much oil is used?
Do not fill your fryer more than halfway with oil when adding it. Normally, I pour oil in the range of 1 ½ to 1 ¾ inches (less than 5 cm).
