Working Principium

The bioelectrical impedance method uses body muscles and water as conductors to calculate the body’s composition by measuring the body’s bio-resistance. Using this new technology to test the body impedance, it will make the measurement results more accurate.

Using Precautions

1. When using this product, please keep your feet dry and clean. Do not wear socks!!!
2. Not recommended for pregnant women and users wearing pacemakers or other dangerous equipment to use it.
3. Please use it on flat ground, not on wet and slippery ground.
4. Do not stand on the side of the scale or jump on the scale to avoid falling.
5. Children under 10 years old should not touch this product to avoid injury.
6. In order to keep the data accurate, please measure at the same time every day.
7. Do not use this product after strenuous exercise.
8. Do not disassemble this product by yourself.
9. Do not clean the product with water or volatile oil.
10. Please put the battery in the right position, if it is not used for a long time, please remove the battery.
11. The test results are for reference only, please not use as a basis for diet or fitness plan.

Body Fat Scale Usage Guide:

1. Battery setting.
2. Open the battery cover on the bottom of the· scale and insert the battery into the correct battery orientation.
3. When the screen displays “Lo”, the power is too low, please replace the battery in time.

Automatic Shut-down

If there is no operation, the product will automatically shut down within 10 seconds. If the overload maximum range exceeds 2.5kg (5.51 lb), the product will automatically shut down.

I . Download and install “WeGuard Home”

1. Search for “WeGuard Home” in the Apple App Store or Android App Store to download and install.
2. Directly scan the QR code below to download and install
   

How to Use this Scale?

During the first use, the 10S device will be compatible with the health tool software. You can choose whether it is compatible. Android devices do not have this prompt.

A. Set User information

1. Enter the App, set personal information as prompted, save personal information, and enter the main interface.
2. Connect the device according to the Bluetooth prompt.
   

B, Binding Device
For the first use, you need to bind with our body fat scale device.

1. Click the setting button in the right corner of the main interface and find the “device binding” .
2. Click the add device and choose the ” Bluetooth Scales· option. Device binding done!
   

C, Measure Your Body Composition

1. Place the body fat scale on a flat ground during the measurement and stand barefoot on the body fat scale. ( Please do not wear socks to stand on the scale if you want get the accurate and full analysis of your body
2. 3 flashes indicate that the weight value has been measured: when the indicator light of the scale shows”—“, it indicates that other data is being measured and analyzed, and when the weight value is displayed again on the scale, all measurements have been completed
   

View measurement data

1. After the measurement is completed, t he body data is displayed on the app.
2. Click each data item to view detailed information.
   

Historical data

1. Click “Weight” on the main interface to view historical data.
2. You can also view historical data in the upper right corner of the curve data.
3. Click each piece of historical data to view the data measured at that time.
   

User registration

1. “WeGuard Home” supports cloud data storage, if you need to store data in the cloud, please register and log in to “WeGuard Home”, and make an agreement to disclose all information about your body to “WeGuard Home”
2. Register and log in to “WeGuard Home”.
   

Add family members

1. “WeGuard Home” allows you and your family to use to manage health.
2. You can add family members by clicking the home screen and adding family users to the settings.
   

Synchronize data to other applications

1. “WeGuard Home” compatible data is synchronized with “Apple Health” and “Google Fit”.
   “Fitbit” application, the following design shares the “WeGuard Home” data to other platforms.

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

How to recalibrate this product?

– Just step on the scale and turn on the power, step down and return the reading to 0.0kg / 0.0lb, and the calibration will be performed automatically.

Why doesn’t the scale work? Why doesn’t the display show data?
Why does the data on the screen disappear in blinking?

– Please check whether the insulation sheet has been removed, whether the battery is installed or the battery is low, and whether it needs to be replaced.

“Err” is displayed when measuring body fat

– Your feet or scales are too wet
– (396Ib/180kg) Maximum overload capacity (396Ib / 180kg)
– Physical parameters should be set according to height (3’3-7’37 / 100-220cm) and age (10-99 years old).

No fat measurement data displayed during weighing

Make sure there are no other Bluetooth connections nearby (except the device you are using)
Make sure you are barefoot on the el.ectrode pad or ITO conductive glass surface of the scale.
Make sure the Bluetooth function is turned on.

Unable to connect with the application

– Please check your phone model. The application supports Android 4.3 or higher version, Android devices support Bluetooth 4.2, IOS devices support IOS 8.0 or higher version
– For Android 5 or higher version, turn on GPS positioning on the phone before the Bluetooth connection (the location information in the app shows “Allow”)
– For iOS 11, Bluetooth is turned on on the settings interface, but in fact it may be turned off on the control interface. Please make sure that the setting interface and the control interface both are turned on.
– If your phone’s Bluetooth is connected to other devices, you need to disconnect them before connecting to this product.
