PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Small Sticker for the remote control, adaptable Mate for the keys, and slim Slim for the wallet. Tile allows you to continue without having to worry about anything. Start looking by downloading the Tile app for free. Installing the Tile App on iOS or Android, creating a Tile account, and agreeing to Tile’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are all prerequisites for using Tile (available at Tile). Access to extra Premium services requires payment. How durable is the glue The adhesive bond will finish curing after 24 hours of application for optimum tenacity! It is designed for a single application and makes use of non-toxic glue. Please be warned that repeatedly removing and reapplying stickers will reduce the adhesive’s effectiveness.

HOW DOES TILE WORK?
During setup, the Tile app on your smartphone “discovers” the Bluetooth- enabled Tile and establishes a connection. The tile then uses the location services of your smartphone to communicate up-to-date location information to the app.
Tile has three main finding features. You can:
- Ring your Tile from the Tile app when it is within Bluetooth range
- View the last known location of your Tile using the map on the Tile app
- Enable ‘Notify When Found’ to enlist the help of the Tile community to locate your Tile
But wait, there’s more! With Tile you can also:
- Use the Circles to Find if you can’t hear your Tile ring, just watch the green circles fill in as you get closer.
- Use Find My Phone to find your phone or tablet with a push of your Tile’s button
- Share your Tile with a trusted friend or family member

Press and hold the button on your Tile for one second. The Tile will begin to flash white and blue. If you have more than one Tile, they will all flash white and blue. Hey I have 8 tiles the battery has gone dead on all 8. I have changed the batteries. none of them work. you have no, I repeat no technical assistants?

do the tiles drain phone battery via Bluetooth signal?****
As with all wireless components on a mobile device (i.e., WIFI, Location Services), Bluetooth consumes battery when enabled. Tile uses Bluetooth to establish connection between a Tile and a mobile device. Compared to GPS, it’s less battery intensive and is a better fit for our customers.
Is this slim enough to fit between my phone and it’s otter box case?****
The Tile Slim (2020) is designed to fit most wallets as it is the size of roughly 2 credit cards put together. However, the Tile Sticker, Tile Pro (2020), and Tile Mate (2020) may be a little too bulky.
would it go up to like 22 miles just in case someone steals things that belongs to me?****
Since Tile uses Bluetooth to keep track of your things, it can find something that is within up to a 400-foot range.
Will these work with Amazon Sidewalk or should we wait for the 2021 Tiles?****
I honestly don’t know. My son has an iPhone & he loves the tiles.
Is it compatible with Google home?****

How can I subscribe to the premium service when I make a purchase to send this as a gift?****
At this time, to purchase and activate Tile Premium, a user must be signed into the Tile app and purchase a subscription using his or her own Apple ID or Google Play Store account. But the good news is that we are working on it and hope to make it possible soon.
Which product is better? tile pro or tile mate? and do both of them have replaceable batteries?****
Both our Tile Mate and Pro are excellent products. They both have use replaceable batteries that are guaranteed to last for 1-year without upkeep. Tiles are covered by a 1-year warranty if purchased on our website or at an authorized retailer.
What if I’m trying to track my phone?****
If you ever happen to lose your phone, you can actually use the Tile itself to “reverse ring” and find your phone! Simply double click the Tile button and it will send a signal to ring your phone. This does require you to be within Bluetooth range, and for the app itself to be open and running, so always be sure to keep it running in the background of your phone!
