Working Indicator light status:
Blue light & red light flash alternately: SIM card arrears, card lock. Blue
light & red light flashing quickly at the same time: SIM card is abnormal or
operator refuses service.
The blue light is always on: The device is running (5 minutes timeout in the
network configuration state, automatic shutdown).

Charging Indicator light:
The red light is normally on : The camera is charging.
The blue light is normally on: The camera is fully charged.
RESET: Press” Reset” for about 3-Ss to restore the factory default. SIM card:
Nano SIM card only supported (4G only supported did’t support 2G/3G/5G).
TF card slot: Support TF card local storage (maximum 128G).

Ubox is available for both iOS and Android operation system. Search the name ” UBox” in App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR Code to download the App.
Register, Login
- Register: Select your country to register an account with your email.
- Login: Enter the existing account and password to log in.
Add the Camera
- Ensure that the device operates in a network environment with a relatively good 4G signal of the current mobile phone;
- In the off state, insert the Nano SIM card and TF card into the device, press and hold “POWER” for 1-2S to turn on the device;
- Wait for the device indicator light to change from slow flashing red to steady blue light (if the device indicator blue light is not always on, press and hold “Reset” for 3-5S until the device appears “beep”, wait for the device to reset and restart to configurate network)
- Open the “Ubox” APP, click “Add a device” on the main interface to add a device, select “Setup 4G device”, and finally refer to the APP text or voice prompts until the device is added successfully;

FAQ
Failed to add during network configuration?****
Please ensure that the device is installed in a good 4G network environment.
After scan adding is still unsuccessful?
Restart the device or power off the device after scan adding is still unsuccessful, and then try to add it again.
The device cannot preview normally?
Please check whether the 4G network signal is too weak, and check whether the SIM card data is in arrears. If you still can’t preview, reset the camera and add it again.
After resetting the device, why is the camera still in the device list?
Resetting the device only to reset the camera’s network configuration, but cannot change the configuration on the APP, to delete the camera, you must log in the APP to delete.
Are there any regional restrictions on SIM usage?
Generally, it is not limited to provinces, but for some border areas, real- name or compliance operations are required in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology or communication o orators.
If the device comes with an lost SIM card , can it be used on a mobile phone or other device?
The attached lo T card has been bound by the device, and it is forbidden to insert it into other devices for use, otherwise the lo T card will be locked and cannot be used;
What should I do if the data card expires?
The attached lo T card comes with a two-year activation period. If it is not used within the time limit, the lost card will not be able to be used.
Why does the device can not recognize the TF card?
Please insert and remove the TF card after power off, please check if the TF card is working normally and whether it is in FAT32 format, when the mobile phone or the device is working in unstable network, the APP also will prompt that the TF card can not be recognized.
