About the speaker
Considering discrete factors,there is no speaker in this spy camera,so NO sound will come out from the camera during WiFi connection. Please check the Quick Set up Manual carefully to connect it.

About SD card recording

1. Please pay attention to this one when you use a SD card of 64 GB or above,since the default format is exFAT, but this hidden camera only supports FAT32.So it needs you to format the card at first then it can recognize the SD card and record the videos.There are 2 ways to format you SD card.
2. Download the Disk Genius on your computer,select FAT32 to format your SD card.
3. Connect the camera with YI IOT App,click SD card recording in the camera setting to format your SD card.
4. If recordings on TF card are not compatible with your computer,please change a player and try again.
5. Please turn off the camera then insert the SD card.Taking out the SD card while the camera is on may cause file damage.

Warning

1. This hidden camera has a small blue indicator light on while it’s working. It’s illegal to produce a no indicator light small hidden camera. You can use a black tape to block the light or use something to cover it if it bothers you.
2. Use this product legally, otherwise please be responsible for the consequences.

Using preparation

1. Charge the camera about 3 hours for the first using.The battery discharge naturally during transportation,so if you can not boot up,charge it.(Use 1.5A charger,it is not recommended to use charger of 2A.)The red light is on while charging, and it is fully charged when the red light is off.
2. Reset this camera(Hold down the reset port for a while with the pin in the package, a blue light flashes,then the light on,reset is successful.)

Using Without WiFi
Insert a micro SD card into this camera, switch it on, this camera will start recording now. Each recording is about 1 minutes. (Supports up to 128GB micro SD card.)

Note: If there is not enough space in your SD card, it will automatically overwrite the oldest files. To watch the videos on the SD card, please switch OFF the camera, take out the SD card then use a card reader on your computer to watch them.

Using With WiFi

STEP 1: Download YI IOT App

Use your phone to scan the QR-code and download the YI IOT App.

STEP 2: Sign up Your Account
Open the YI IOT app. Sign up your own account by the email or other available methods to complete log in.

STEP 3: Add camera to the App

Add camera,choose the connection method of Hotspot config to wifi.

STEP 4:Camera adding

• Choose “I heard the beep”and Next. (There is no speaker on this camera,so you actually won’t hear any sound,please tap it and go on the next step)

STEP 5:Fulfill WIFI information

• Choose your WIFI and insert your password(Please make sure there is no special punctuation),then tap Next.

STEP 6:Camera hotspot confirmation

1. If there is no hotspot of this camera(Start with CAM-) appeared on your screen,tap “to connect” on earlier page and “I’ve got it on the latter page.(The default password of camera hotspot is 12345678.)
2. If there is a hotspot on the screen,please tap “Next”,refer to the right picture and move to Step 8.

STEP 7:Camera hotspot connection
Look for the Hotspot of this camera (Start with CAM-) on the WIFI list of your phone and connect(Hotspot of the mini camera spreads a little slower,so please wait for about 30+seconds),then go back to the App.

STEP 8:Pairing

• The pairing will take about 1 minute(The paring of WIFI and camera will be more intricate,please be patient.)(If the pairing failed,please reset and go back to step 3)

STEP 9:Camera naming

• Name your camera and start using.
