USER MANUAL
HOW TO PAIR
- Put both earbuds in the case and keep the lid open.
- Press and hold the button on the case for 2 seconds. Release it when the LED indicator blinks blue.
- Select Urbanears Boo from your device’s Bluetooth menu to pair. Done!
TOUCH CONTROL
The touch control surfaces are located on the left and right earbud.
- Tap once to play/pause or accept/end calls.
- Tap twice to skip forward or reject calls.
- Taps three times skip backwards.
CHARGING
Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid to charge the earbuds and turn them off. Connect a charger with a USB-C charging cable to charge the case (not included).. If left unused, the earbuds will go into standby in order to save power. Just tap both earbuds to wake them up again.
LED INDICATOR
Blue light is ready for Bluetooth pairing. Red (low) to green (full) is for the case battery status.
CLEANING
Regularly clean your earbuds to make them last longer and perform better.
Unplug the USB charger before cleaning the case. Make sure everything is
completely dry before putting the earbuds back in the case or plugging in a
USB charger.
Use a soft, slightly damp lint-free cloth and mild soap and avoid getting
moist in any openings. Carefully clean sensitive areas such as speaker mesh
and openings with a dry brush or cotton swab.
- Do not use any sharp objects
- Do not rinse the product under running water or use compressed air
- Do not use cleaning detergents or wet wipes as they may contain strong chemicals, alcohol or bleach that can affect the surface or performance
TROUBLESHOOTING
EARBUDS DO NOT BEHAVE AS EXPECTED
If your earbuds behave erratically or are unresponsive, follow the
instructions below.
- Put both earbuds in the case and close the lid to restart the earbuds. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset.
Note: This will delete all user settings and the earbuds will need to be paired again.
- Put both earbuds in the case and keep the lid open.
- Press the button on the case and release it when the LED turns purple.
- Remove Urbanears Boo from your device’s Bluetooth menu before pairing again.
LEFT OR RIGHT EARBUD DOES NOT PAIR
If you can only connect to either the left or the right earbud but not both,
follow the instructions below.
- Make sure that both earbuds are charged.
- Remove Urbanears Boo from your device’s Bluetooth menu.
- Put both earbuds in the case and keep the lid open.
- Triple press the button on the case and the LED indicator blinks green.
- The LED blinks blue when the earbuds are coupled and are ready for pairing.
