WARNING

• Low batteries should be changed as soon as possible to prevent damage caused by leaking. Make sure the polarities are correct. Remove the battery if you do not use the device for a long period of time. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes when handling leaking batteries. In case of contact, immediately rinse the affected areas with water and consult a doctor.

CAUTION

• Unauthorised repairs, alterations or changes to the product are prohibited.
• Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, vibrations or shocks.
• Clean the device with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or scouring agents.
• The clock is splashproof, but not watertight. When placed outdoors, choose a dry place for the device.

Getting started

• Turn the cover in direction of the arrow (OPEN) and remove it.
• Insert a new battery AA 1.5 V, and ensure that the battery polarities are correct.
• Turn the dial and set the actual time.
• Close the cover carefully (CLOSE). Pay attention to the sealing ring.
• The device is ready for use.

Mounting

• With the suspension device, you can fix the wall clock with a solid nail or screw and dowel on a wall (load capacity 1259 g!). Make sure that the wall clock is securely fastened. Avoid direct sunshine.

Troubleshooting

If your device fails to work despite these measures, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product from for advice.

Waste disposal

Disposal of the batteries
Never dispose of empty batteries and rechargeable batteries with ordinary household waste. They contain pollutants that, if improperly disposed of, can harm the environment and human health. As a consumer, you are required by law to take them to your retail store or to an appropriate collection site depending on national or local regulations in order to protect the environment.
