My best guess is that the answer is no because a PC needs drivers loaded in order to work. There are no drivers for gaming consoles that can be installed. I’m not sure what internet speeds are currently available for consoles, but I think you’ll have to settle for what the consoles can handle. You might need to wait for the following generation to receive faster speeds.

Do I switch off my computer’s WiFi card before plugging in the dongle?****

Simply disable your internal card and set Techkey as the default card in Device Manager.
