Dual Band Wireless Speed AC1750Mbps
Techkey Wireless Wi-Fi Adapter connects to your computer’s USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port and offers wireless connectivity up to 1300Mbps on 5.8GHz bands and 450Mbps on 2.42GHz bands. Any wireless router, including models ac, a, b, and g, can use it.
You will enjoy using products more if you are aware of the following:
- This wireless USB adapter has a 1750Mbps standard (2.42G: 450Mbps, 5.8G: 1300Mbps). A router with a speed of at least 1750 Mbps, but preferably more than 1750 Mbps, is required to get the best performance out of this WiFi adapter.
- Customers frequently cannot get the fastest speed. Nonetheless, it has nothing to do with the product’s quality. The internal memory of the laptop and PC, the network environment, the router, obstacles, and many other things can all affect speed.
- If you have a desktop computer, please connect the Wi-Fi dongle to the USB ports located behind the computer host. This will enable the Wi-Fi dongle to receive adequate power.
- The speed of the original router won’t be increased by this Wi-Fi dongle. It only facilitates faster speed and improved router signal reception on your PC.
- If using a laptop, please turn off the built-in Wi-Fi. (If your laptop has an integrated Wi-Fi module).
How to Install and Use
- To install the application, either insert a micro CD or download the driver from an internet driver link.
- Connect the wifi adapter to a computer’s USB port.
- Click “available networks” in the “REALTEK USB Wireless LAN Utility,” choose the network signal, and then connect.
Important Reminder
- If used on a desktop, please connect the Wi-Fi adapter to the USB ports located behind the computer host. And to make sure the adapter has enough power, attempt to plug it into a USB 3.0 port.
- If using a laptop, please turn off the built-in Wi-Fi. (If your laptop has an integrated Wi-Fi module).
- Instead of connecting to an additional hub, kindly plug the adaptor directly into the USB port on your machine.
EXTENSIVE COMPATIBILITY
You may enjoy next-generation wifi speed up to 1300Mbps on the 5GHz band or 450Mbps on the 2.4GHz band by connecting the Teckey AC1750 Dual Band WiFi Adapter to any ports of your desktop, laptop, or Mac.

FAQs
What kinds of operating systems does the adapter support?****
The adapter supports Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Mac OS.
Can I use the adapter with my router?****
Yes, it is compatible with any wireless router.
How do I install the adapter?****
You can refer to the user manual for installation instructions.
What is the data transfer rate of this device?****
The data transfer rate is up to 1750 Mbps.
What is the benefit of a USB WiFi adapter?****
A USB WiFi adapter overrides the computer’s built-in wireless functionality, giving you a faster, more reliable connection to your available network signals through the USB port instead. Since most computers have at least one USB port, you’ll typically be able to use it on both laptops and desktops.
What is the use of a Wi-Fi adapter for a PC?****
A WiFi adapter allows your wired device to pick up WiFi signals. So if you have a desktop computer, you can connect it to a network wirelessly. A WiFi adapter can also serve as a hardware upgrade to your laptop, strengthening its wireless reception or updating it to the latest WiFi generation.
Can a WiFi adapter drastically change my internet speed?****
It cannot change the speed of the ISP connection, but it can reduce the speed for devices using the WiFi network when accessing the Internet. You might have a 1 Gbps residential ISP connection, but be running a WiFi network running 802.11b WiFi protocols.
Which USB port is best for a Wi-Fi adapter?****
Speeds on USB 2.0 cap out at 480Mbps, but USB 3.0 can reach 5Gbps, so we definitely recommend dedicating one USB 3.0 port to your adapter.
Does it matter what USB WIFI adapter I get?****
In order to get the best out of your USB wi-fi connection, you should match your adapter to your router. If you know what router you’re going to be using, you should pair the two together. If your router is 802.11ac, you need your USB adapter to be 802.11ac.
Do you need WiFi to use a Wi-Fi adapter?****
However, you must remember one thing: a WiFi adapter doesn’t work on its own. So this means you still need an active Wi-FI network from an internet service provider, a modem, and a wireless router.
Does a Wi-Fi adapter help with the internet?****
A Wi-Fi adapter lets you convert a desktop computer or a laptop into a wireless-capable device. Once installed, it enables you to use the internet without the need for a network cable. There are several kinds of Wi-Fi adapters, both internal and external.
Why do USB WiFi adapters fail?****
The outdated network driver is the most common reason behind USB Wi-Fi adapters not working on laptops or desktops. To fix this problem, we recommend Advanced Driver Updater. It will detect outdated and problematic drivers and help update them. Install and run Advanced Driver Updater.
How many devices can be connected to a wifi adapter?****
Most wireless access points and wireless routers can theoretically have 255 devices connected at a time.
Will any USB WiFi adapter work?****
It likely depends on the quality of the adapter and the locations of the router and computer. If you buy a high-quality adapter that’s capable of 802.11n, 802.11ac, or 802.11ax transmission and have a clear line between the adapter and the router, it’s quite possible that you’ll get very respectable Wi-Fi speeds.
