Dear Customer,
Before using the appliance, read the following instructions carefully and keep this manual for future reference. The appliance must only be used by persons familiar with these instructions.

Safety instructions
- The accessories may only be used in conjunction with the SEVERIN hand blenders item no. 3771, 3772, 3773, 3774, or 3775. The safety instructions in the instructions for use of the respective hand blender therefore also apply.
- Clean the accessories immediately after use with warm water with and detergent.
- For more information on cleaning, please refer to the Cleaning and care section.
Cleaning and care:
- Clean the adapter with a damp cloth and some washing-up liquid.
- Make sure that no water runs into the drive shaft of the adapter!
- The whisk can be cleaned with warm water with the addition of a standard washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher.
Before using for the first time
Clean the accessories before using them for the first time, as described under
Cleaning and care.
Short-time operation
- When using the whisk, the appliance can be used for two minutes with all switch settings and then has to cool down to room temperature for approximately 3 minutes.

Handling
The whisk is suitable for whipping cream or egg whites or for mixing liquids such as soups, sauces, etc.
- Insert the whisk into the whisk adapter.
- Put the drive unit on the adapter. Lock by twisting until and face each other.
- First dip the whisk into the filled mixture before the device is switched on by pressing the on button.
- After mixing, wait until the motor has stopped before removing the whisk from the food to be mixed.
- Unplug the power cord.
Disposal
Devices marked with this symbol must be disposed of separately from your household waste, as they contain valuable materials which can be recycled. Proper disposal protects the environment and human health. Your local authority or retailer can provide information on the matter.
