4-Way Equal Pressure Clamp Assembly Instructions
Effective June 2022

Cut a straight, flat 2 x 4 that is free from defects to the appropriate length to accommodate clamping needs.
Drill 5/8″ through holes 2″ apart centered on the3½” face of the board. Fig. 1.
Rip the board at the center of the 3½” face to create two cauls with notched edges. Fig. 1.
Rotate the notched boards so that the flat edges face each other and the notched edges face outward.
Attach 4-Way Clamp hardware. Fig. 2.

NOTICE Wooden pads may be screwed onto clamp to protect edges of project.

Dress appropriately. Secure loose clothing, remove all jewelry and tie up long hair before using this product;
ALWAYS wear safety glasses, hearing protection and respiratory protection that complies with NIOSH/OSHA/ANSI safety standards;
Use dust collection tools and dust face masks to reduce exposure to dust;
Use safety equipment such as featherboards, push sticks and push blocks, etc., when appropriate;
Maintain proper footing at all times and do not overreach;
Do NOT force woodworking tools.
