Overview
Setting the Lancing Device

Twist to take off the cap of the lancing device.

Insert a lancet (needle) into the lancet holder and push down firmly until it is fully secured. Use a new lancet each time you check your sugar.

Twist the protective disk off the lancet to see the lancet needle.

Replace the cap by aligning the black arrow with the depth indicator and twist to lock.

Select depth of fingerstick by turning the cap in either direction so the arrow on the cap points to the wanted depth.

ORANGE = Ready to use
Pull the cocking control back until it clicks. Release button will be orange when it is ready to use. Place on side of finger. Press the orange button to get a blood sample.
