ProMinent Universal control cable
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Dear Colleagues,
As you have certainly noticed, the situation about the supply of electronic
components on the international markets is actually very difficult. We are
also affected by this and do not always receive the universal control cables
in the desired quantity and design from our suppliers.
Please note that due to this, there may be a delivery bottleneck for the
universal control cables PN 1001300, 1001301, 1001302 in the next few weeks.
Therefore, we will start shipping cables in different colors than the familiar orange. For the same reasons it may happen that instead of the molded black plugs alternatively a screwed or bonded variant is shipped. If you should receive e.g. grey or black universal control cables, please consider these as technically equivalent and refrain from complaints.
Deviations in core colour and core assignment may also occur. We will indicate these deviations on the yellow information label of the cable. Please advise your customers to read and follow this label before installation.
It can also happen that we deliver orders initially without the universal control cable to keep the date of delivery. In these cases, we will immediately supply any missing cables as soon as we can.
If you only want to control your pump via contacts, you can alternatively order the two-core control cables PN 707702, 707703, 707707.
We will inform any customer who receives an incomplete delivery. There is no need for action from your side!
