KOHLER® Indoor Lighting Fixtures Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warm nts the finish,. structure and integrated LED components on KOHLER indoor lighting fixtures to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the time period noted on the table below, from date of purchase by the original consumer.

This warranty applies only to Kohler indoor lighting fixturespurchased and installed in the United States and Canada. Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs.
If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Kohler Co. either through your Showroom, Contractor, KOHLER Signature Store, or by writing Kohler Co,„ Attn.: Customer Care Center, 444 Highland Drive, Kohler, WI 53044, USA. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product. model number, color, finish, and proof of purchase (original sales receipt).
