Washing and drying Instruction

  1. Wash and dry bread pan and kneading paddle.

  2. Place kneading paddle on shaft, with arrow pointing up, pushing down as far as it will go.

  3. Carefully measure the ingredients into the pan in the following order:

    • Water or other liquid ingredients
    • Sugar
    • Salt
    • Butter, margarine, or shortening
    • Flour
    • Yeast
  4. Place bread pan in the bread maker, turn a little bit left (as below picture shows) and press the pan down at the Unlocked icon position, push down, then turn to Locked icon to lock it firmly.
    NOTE: Bread pan must click into place for proper kneading and mixing.

  5. Close the lid and turn Selection Nob until desired program number appears on the digital display.
    Note: default menu will be showing 1 as Basic Bread with 750g (1.5lb).

  6. Default CRUST color will show “medium” on the panel. Press COLOR setting button to select from dark to light.

  7. Press START/CANCEL. The digital display will show the time before the bread will be ready. To program a Delayed Start, refer to page of Delay function for more information.

  8. When done, the bread machine will beep. Press the START/CANCEL button for 3 seconds. This will turn off the appliance. Using an oven mitt hold and turn bread pan to unlock. Still using oven mitts shake loaf from pan and let cool for 10 minutes.
