OPERATION

Power On/off

  • Power On : Long press the multifunctional buttonfor 3 seconds.
  • Power Off: Long press the multifunctional button for 6 seconds.
  • Automatic Power O : EZPZ wll power off automatically if it is not connected to any Bluetooth device for more than 3 minutes after powered on.

Pairing

  1. Long prass the multifunctional button for 3 soconds to power it on and enter into pairing mod.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, search for KNZ EZPZ and select it. There will be a voice prompt if they are successfully paired and connected.

Music

  • When playing music, you may control music from the headphone.
  • To pause/play music, press on the multifunctional button.
  • To skip to the next song, double-press the multifunctional button.

Activate Siri (on iOS dovices)

When the music is playing or paused, long Press the multifunctional button for 3 seconds to activate Siri (you will hear a beep). Short press will quit.

Phone Call Control

  • You may control phone calls from the headphone.
  • Answer a Cal: Press the multifunctional button.
  • Reject a Call: Long press the multifunctional button for 2 seconds.
  • Hang Up: Press the multifunctional button during a call
  • Answer Another Incoming Call: Double-press the multifunctional button to pick up the call and place the current call on hold.
  • Double press again to place the second call on hold, and switch to the first one.
  • One press to hang up the current call, and resume the holding call.
  • Switch Output between Cell Phone and Headphone During a Phone Call: Long press the multifunctional button for 2 seconds.

Charging

The light flashes in red during charging. When the headphone is fully charged, the light will turn off.

Troubleshooting

  • EZPZ headphone fails to connect to mobile phone.
    • Solution: Check if the EZPZ høadphone is in Paring Mode or Ra-Connection Moda and whether Bluetooth is enablad on the phone and the phone is searching for Bluetooth devices. Or remove EZPZ from your paired device list, and follow the user manual to search and reconnect the headphone with your device.
  • EZPZ headphones cannot be powered on.
    • Solution: Recharge the battery.
  • Can the battery of the wireless headset be replaced?
    • `Answer: No. The built-in rechargeable battery is not detachable.
  • EZPZ headphones cannot be found by my phone.
    • Solution: First, make sure the headphone has sufficient battery level. It is suggested to charge the headphone for 2-3 hours before using for the first time, Second, keep EZPZ headphones within 1 foot range from the phone during pairing.
  • Unable to connect EZPZ head sot with the phone within 33ft.
    • Answer: Wireless connection is very sensitive to objects between the headset and the connected device. Check if there are any metal or other objects that may affect connection within the effective distance.
  • There is no audio playing when the headset is connected to the computer or phone.
    • Solution: Check whether the audio output of the computer or phone is selected to be KNZ EZPZ (for some computers, the default output is not Bluetooth device), and whether the Bluetooth of the computer supports A2DP protocol. Make sure the volume is up on your phone or computer.
  • Can I control the Apps in my phone through EZPZ headphones after connecting EZPZ to the phone?
    • Answer: You can use EZPZ to control music/video play on some Apps. However, some other Apps may not support being controlled through Bluetooth audio devices due to their settings

CAUTION

  • Reasonably control the output volume and time of usage.
  • For safety purposes, do not use the product in a hazardous situation.
  • Do not listen to music or make phone calls while driving, to avoid danger caused by distraction.
  • Keep the product out of reach of children to avoid danger caused by improper use.
  • Do not use the product in water.
  • If discomfort or irritation occurs when using the product, stop using it immediately.
  • Do not store it under a temperature below -10° or above 50°, to avoid shortening the life of headphones and its battery.
  • The lithium polymer battery of the product is not detachable and replaceable.
  • Charge the headset every three months when not in use for a long time, to extend the lifespan of the battery.
  • The battery of the product should be disposed of properly or sent to a professional recycling center. Do not toss the product into the fire.

KNZ Technology LLC warrants this product as free of defects in material, design, and workmanship for the period of one year from the original date of purchase. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser. If during the period of warranty, this product proves defective under normal use and service, you should return the product to the retailer from whom it was purchased or to an authorized warranty center. The liability of KNZ Technology LLC and its appointed repair company is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty. Products sent for warranty service must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt, the original box, materials, and accessories. All costs associated with the return of the product under warranty are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
