FUNCTIONS

Switch On/Off

  • Switch On: Long press the multifunctional button for 3 sec.
  • Switch Off: Long press the multifunctional button for 6 sec.
  • Auto Shutdown: It will switch off automatically if you do not connect it to your cell phone within 3 minutes after switching it on.

Pairing

  1. Long press the multifunctional button for 3 sec to power it on and enter into pairing mode.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, search far “EZPZ” and click it for pairing. There will be a voice prompt if the pairing is made successfully.

Music
When playing the music, you may operate through the headset.
To pause/play the music, click the multifunctional button to control. Far next song, double click the multifunctional button.

Activate Voice Assistant (Mobile Phone Supports)
When the music is playing or has been paused, long press the
multifunctional button for 3 sec to activate SIRI {“du” sound will follow). One more click ta stop.

Phone Call

About phone call, you may operate through the headset.

  • To Answer the Call: Click the multifunctional button, and a voice prompt will follow.

  • To Reject the Call: Long press the multifunctional button for 2sec, and a voice prompt will follow.

  • To Hang Up: Click the multifunctional button during a call, and a voice prompt will follow.

  • Pick Up Another incoming Call: Double click the multifunctional button to pick up t he call while placing the current call on hold.
    Double dick again to place the current call on hold, and resume the previous one. One dick to hang up the current call, and resume the previous one.

  • Switch Modes between Cell Phone and Headset During a Call: Long press the multifunctional button for 2 sec.

Charging
The light will flicker in red during charging. When it is fully charged, the light will t urn off.

Troubleshooting

  • Wireless headset fails to connect to the phone.
  • Solution: Check if the headset is in Paring Mode or Re-Connection Mode and whether t he phone has EZPZ function on and is searching for paring device. Or check the list of EZPZ device an your digital device and remove headset from the list, and follow the user manual ta reconnect the headset with your device.
  • Cannot turn on the headset.
  • Solution: Check the battery to see if it is low.
  • Can the battery of the wireless headset be replaced?
  • Answer: No. Lithium-ion polymer in the headset is not detachable.
  • Can the headset be used during driving?
  • Solution: EZPZ is wireless so that it is very sensitive ta abject between the headset and the connected device. Check if there are any metal or other objects that may affect connection within t he effective distance.
  • Unable to connect the headset with the phone within 33ft. Solution: EZPZ is wireless so that it is very sensitive to a objects between the headset and the connected device. Check if t here are any metal or other objects that may affect connection within the effective distance.
  • Cannot hear audio playing when the headset is connected to the computer or phone.
  • Solution: Check whether t he computer’s audio out put is already connected to wireless device and whether t he Bluetooth in the computer supports A2DP protocol. Make sure the volume is up on your phone or computer.
  • Can I operate the Apps of any phone through the headset after connecting the wireless headset to the phone?
  • Answer: Some apps may not support being operated through the headset due to their settings.

CAUTION

  1. Reasonable control of t he volume and time of usage.
  2. Do not use it in hazardous stiction to ensure sr3fet y.
  3. Do not listen to mL1sic, call up or answer the phone while driving, to avoid danger caused by distraction.
  4. Keep it out of reach of child re n, to avoid danger caused by improper use,
  5. Do not use it in damp environment.
  6. If discomfort or irritation occurs when using t he headset, stop using it immediately.
  7. Do not store it under the temperature below -1 0″ or above so to avoid shortening the service life of headset and battery.
  8. The lithium polymer battery of the product is not detachable and replaceable.
  9. Charge the headset every three months when not in use for a long time, to extend the lifespan of t he battery.
  10. The battery of product should be disposed of properly or sent to professional recycling center. Do not toss the product into fire.
