When using this or any other electrical appliance, always follow these basic safety precautions:

  1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.

  4. THIS PAD IS NOT TO BE USED ON OR BY AN INVALID,
    A SLEEPING OR UNCONSCIOUS PERSON, A PERSON WITH DIABETES, OR A PERSON WITH POOR BLOOD CIRCULATION.

  5. DO NOT USE ON AREAS OF INSENSITIVE SKIN.

  6. BURNS CAN OCCUR REGARDLESS OF CONTROL SETTING. CHECK SKIN UNDER PAD FREQUENTLY.

  7. DO NOT USE IN AN OXYGEN ATMOSPHERE.

  8. DO NOT USE PINS OR OTHER METALLIC MEANS TO FASTEN THIS PAD IN PLACE.

  9. DO NOT BUNCH, SIT ON OR AGAINST OR CRUSH PAD-AVOID SHARP FOLDS.

  10. NEVER PULL THIS PAD BY THE SUPPLY CORD.

  11. DO NOT USE THE CODE AS A HANDLE.

  12. THIS UNIT SHOULD NOT BE UESD BY CHILDEN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.

  13. PLACE PAD ON TOP OF AND NOT UNDER THE PART OF THE BODY NEEDING HEAT.

  14. USE THIS PAD ONLY ON A 110-120 VOLT AC CIRCUIT. UNPLUG WHEN NOT IN USE. DO NOT USE WITH GENERATORS, POWER CONVERTERS, OR INVERTERS.

  15. DO NOT TAMPER WITH THIS PAD IN ANY WAY.

  16. THERE ARE NO USER-SERVICEABLE PARTS. IF FOR ANY REASON THIS PAD DOES NOT FUNCTION SATISFACTORILY, SEE WARRANTY FOR CONSUMER SERVICE INFORMATION.

  17. DO NOT USE THIS PAD WITH LINIMENT, SALVE OR OINTMENT PREPARATIONS, ESPECIALLY ONES THAT CONTAIN HEAT-PRODUCING INGREDIENTS. SKIN BURNS COULD RESULT.

  18. DO NOT BEND OR PINCH CORD AND DO NOT USE IF CORD IS DAMAGED.

  19. NEVER LEAVE THE APPLIANCE UNATTENDED, ESPECIALLY IF CHILDREN ARE PRESENT.

  20. LOOP CORD LOOSELY WHEN STORING. TIGHT WRAPPING MAY DAMAGE CORD AND INTERNAL PARTS.

  21. WITH NOT IN USE, STORE THE HEATING PAD IN THE ORIGINAL PACKING, IN A DARK, COOL, DRY PLACE.

THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG(ONE BLADE IS WIDER THAN THE OTHER). TC REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, THIS PLUG IS INTENDED TO FIT IN A POLARIZED OUTLET ONLY ONE WAY. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT FULLY IN THE OUTLET, REVERSE THE PLUG. IF IT STILL DOSE NOT FIT, CONTACT A  UALIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO INSTALL THE ROPER OUTLE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MODIFY THIS PLUG OR DEFEAT THIS SAFETY FEATURE IN ANY WAY.

This heating pad has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature. This plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DEFEAT THIS SAFETY FEATURE.

CONTROLLER COMPONENTS & FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

  1. – Display

  2. – ON/OFF Button
    • Turn on with the switch button, the default level is the standby level 01, press the “+” “-” button to regulate the setting up to level highest 06.

  3. – Time Setting Button
    • Press the time setting button, the display lasts for 2.0 hours by default, press the “+” “-” button to adjust the timing, If there is no operation after
    flashing for 3 seconds, it will return to the previously set heating level.

  4. – + and – Buttons
    • Press the “+” and “-” buttons to adjust the heating level (01-02-03-04-05-06 )and the timing (1.0-1.5-2.0)H.

AUTO SHUT-OFF MODE
This product will turn off after a set duration of time. Setting times have 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 Hours. WARNING: Burns can occur regardless of the control setting; check skin under Pad frequently. Unplug the product when it is not in use.

CAUTION
Before each use, always inspect the product to ensure there is no damage to the power cord, the control, or the pad.
The pad connector and control connector are designed to connect only one way. Align the inner prongs and then push together until connectors are touching
Check with your healthcare provider before using with a pacemaker or any medical device.
Do not plug into the wall outlet until you have connected the controller cord to the product.
Turn the product off by pressing the button and unplug it when it is not in use.

Moist Heat Option:

  1. Gently dab/pat one side of the Pad with a wet sponge/cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist.

  2. Make sure the Control Connector or Pad Connector is not sprayed or dampened.
    WARNING: Do not use this product if Control or Pad Connectors are wet. Make sure the product connections are completely dry before using.

  3. Place the moistened side of the Pad on top of the body.

  4. Turn the product off by pressing the On/Off Button and unplug it when it is not in use.

Care and Maintenance

  1. Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
  2. Make sure the Pad Connector is disconnected from the Control Connector by pressing the tabs on the sides of the Control Connector while pulling the connectors apart.
  3. Machine or hand wash the Pad using a mild detergent, cool water, and a gentle/delicate cycle.
  4. Line dry or lay the Pad flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
  5. Make sure the product is completely dry before the next use.
  6. Tostore the product, loosely roll the Heating Pad toward the Storage Straps, loop the Straps over the rolled ends, and then store it in a cool, dry, dark location after each use. Avoid sharply folding the Heating Pad.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Wash by hand or as follows in automatic washer using slow agitation and normal spin speed: Fill washer with warm water. Add minimum amount of all-purpose detergent, agitate to dissolve, measure heating pad before washing. Add heating pad and soak five minutes. Agitate two minutes. Spin. Fill for cool rinse, agitate one minute then spin. Tumble dry low., five minutes only, or line dry. Remove damp heating pad from dryer, block to original size, and drape to finish drying. Do not iron your heating pad.
