Product Introduction

Use and Care

Using AC, DC, Car, and USB Outputs

Press and hold the button corresponding to the output you would like to use. After 2 seconds, the output’s respective icon will appear on the screen. Press and hold again for only 2 seconds to turn off the corresponding output.

Charging a Car Battery

Activate the DC outputs, then press the DC button twice. “Car-Start” will appear on the screen. Connect your SuperBase to the car’s battery. After some time, “Failed” or “Completed” will appear on the display in indicate whether charging was successful.

Using the LED Flashlight
Press and hold the “LED” button for 2 seconds to turn on the LED. Press the button again to change between normal, bright, SOS, and flashing mode. Press and hold the “LED” button for 2 seconds to turn off the LED.
Quick Shutdown Press and hold any illuminated button. After a few seconds, all outputs will turn off.
Conserving Energy When the AC outputs are active, there will be a 10-20W loss of power. We recommend turning off the AC outputs when you are not using them.
Changing the AC Output Frequency
With the AC output activated, quickly press the “AC” button three times to toggle the AC output frequency between 50Hz and 6GHz. The Power Indicator will briefly display either “FS0” or “F60” to indicate the selected frequency.
Transporting This Product
This product must be protected from rain, flooding, collision, and vibration during transport.
Storage
Do not place this product in a high temperature environment (above 45°C/113°F) or near a flame. For long-term storage (more than three months), this device should be kept at or above 50% charge to maximize the service life of the internal battery. Please charge and discharge this product twice every six months to maximize the service life of the internal battery.
Operating Temperature
Please use this product in a temperature range of 0-45°C/32-113°F for safe operation and maximum service life.

3| Charge Indicator| Displays the charge level of the battery as a percentage
4| Time Remaining Indicator| Indicates t he estimated time to completely charge the battery (Time To Full) or completely drain it (Time To Empty), in eithe r hours (H) or minutes (M).
5| Power Indicator| Indicates t he input or output power, in either Watts (W) or kilowatts (kW).
When switching between 50Hz and 60Hz AC output , the Power Indicator will display either “50F” or “60F” to indicate the selected frequency.
6| Car Battery Recharge Indicator| “Car-Start” appears when this device is ready to charge your car’s battery, or when it is actively charging it
7| Function Indicators| Displays DC, CIG, USB -A, USB-C, and/or AC to indicate that the corresponding out put ports ore active  and ready to use. Displays LIGHT to indicate that the LED is in use.
8| Car Recha rge Result Indicator| Displays “Foiled” or “Completed” to indicate whether the recharging process was successful.

  10. lf the product emits odor or smoke, overheats, or exhibits any abnormal behavior, stop charging and using this product immediately and place it in an open area for long-distance observation, confirm safety, and contact the manufacturer or dealer.
  11. 0nly use this product with devices that fall within the operating specifications of this product.
  12. Do not short the positive ond negative poles of this product’s ports.
  13. lf you are planning to use this device in a place where the AC power is different from the AC power specificotions of this product, consult on expert.
  14. Please recycle all product parts in accordance with local regulations.

  16. This product contains small ports which should be kept out of the reach of children to prevent choking and other hozards.
  17. Do not attempt to replace this product’s internal battery.

  20. Do not drop, squeeze, or puncture this product. Avoid exposing the product to large external stresses.
  21. lf this product becomes immersed in water, safely disconnect the power source, leave this product in on open area, and discontinue use.
  22. Do not use this product in strong electric, magnetic, or electromagnetic fields.
  23. Do not store or transport this product in a way that could allow keys, jewelry, or other metal items to make contact with this product’s electrical ports.
  24. Do not place this product into a fire.

Troubleshooting

Product wlll not turn on, and the outputs aren’t working.|

  • Ensure that the product is currently in the appropriate temperature range
  • Remove all electrical devices, charge this product for 5-10 minutes, and turn the system back on.

  •  Ensure that this product is sufficiently charged .
  • Check all output ports to ensure there is no blockage or short
  • Disconnect all devices, turn the system off, turn it back on, and try using this product again.
  • Try using this product to power a different device.

The product unexpectedly shuts down during use.| The internal protection system will shut down this product in the event of an overcharge, over discharge, extreme temperature, overcurrent, or short circuit.
Disconnect all electrical equipment, place the product within the appropriate temperature range, and charge the product for 5-10 minutes. Before reconnecting any equipment, ensure that the equipment is not faulty.
The product cannot be charged.|

  • Make sure the specifications of the charging equipment fa ll within the charging parameters of this product
  • Ensure that the temperature of your environment is within the appropriate range for charging this device.

Warranty

Information During the warranty period, the dealer or manufacturer will provide replacement ports and/or service if there ore any defects in the material and workmanship of this product, and in the event of damage that is not caused by improper use of this product. Product packaging and accessories ore not covered by warranty. Seller will not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential loss, or any loss or damage arising out of improper use of this product, whether alone or in conjunction with any other equipment or materials. The warranty will be terminated under any of the following conditions:

  • The product hos been opened, modified, or disassembled.
  • The product hos suffered damage from external forces.
  • The product was not used in accordance with this User Manual.
  • The product has encountered an extreme event (such as lightning or a flood).
  • The product has been damaged or made inoperable by user error.
  • The product has been used in an environment where the temperature or humidity is outside of the operating parameters of this device.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does this product dissipate heat safely without a fan?

The product uses high-frequency circuitry that generates less heat overall, and the aluminum enclosure helps dissipate heat into the air, for quiet operation.

How long can the product be stored?

If you are storing this product for more than three months,make sure the battery is at least 50% charged. Every six months, fully drain and recharge the battery to prolong the service life of the internal battery.

How long does it take to fully charge this product?

When using mains/solar panels,and the car charging port, and USB Type-C charging simultaneously, it takes about 2. 9 hours to charge at full speed.
When charging with mains power, it takes about 5.5 hours to fully charge.
When using the car charging port, it takes about 5.1 hours.
When charging with USB Type-C, it takes about 6.4 hours to fully charge.
When charging with solar panels, it can vary. As a baseline, a 150W solar array receiving 750W/m2 would take about 4.2 hours.
Note: the above figures are reference approximations from laboratory testing.

Can I charge this product with solar power and the car charging port together?

You can charge this product with both at the same time, to reduce charging time.

Can the product be discharged (outputs used) while charging?

This product supports discharging while charging. When the output power is greater than the charging power, the charge level will decrease over time. When the charge level is very low, the output ports will be deactivated.

Can this product handle extreme temperatures?

This product can be charged at up to 45°C/113°F and discharged at up to 40°C/104°F.

Will this product shut down automatically?

This product will only shut down automatically if the charge level is very low or one of the safety mechanisms has been triggered.
How much displacement of the product car can start when starting?
The product starting principle is to charge the car battery, 12V system can be used, the displacement is not limited

What does it mean when the screen shows “SUS”?

The screen will display “SUS” to indicate that the temperature is too high or too low to charge safely, so the product will not accept a charge.
