Welcome

The Multi-sensor is used to measure the ambient temperature & humidity with built-in sensor and external temperature with remote probe. It is available to detect motion, vibration and allows you to receive notifications from mobile app. The above functions can be customized, please use this guide according to your customized functions. This guide will provide you with an overview of the product and help you get through the initial setup.

Installation

You can mount the multi-sensor to the wall, ceiling or keep your multi-sensor on a bookshelf or table.

• Please ensure that the surface is clean and secure.
• You can peel off the tape on the back or lock it with screws.

PIR/Vibration/Environmental temperature & humidity function:

1. Avoid mounting the Multi-sensor close to pets, air conditioners, heaters, sunshine or places where the temperature varies.
2. You need to pay attention to the distance and range of the sensor when installing.

External temperature probe
Please refer to the mounting example below. You can measure the temperature by touching the probe with the measured object. Such as water, floor, metal etc. But don’t put it in the environment with strong acid and alkali

Get to know your device

LED indicator
The LED status gives the following information:

Reset button

Reset: Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds until the LED light flashes three times at third second, and it will flash for three times again at tenth second.

Configure Network

To get started, you will need:

• A Zigbee Gateway.
• A mobile phone with a mobile APP installed.

Adding to the gateway’s network

1. Set your gateway to permit joining (see your gateway’s manual).
2. Power on the Multi-sensor and press the reset button once to make sure the LED indicator is flashing red (If not, reset it to factory defaults).
3. Make sure the Multi-sensor is in the range of gateway’s network. After few seconds the Multi-sensor will join the gateway automatically and the LED indicator will flash green when it successfully joined.
   Note: If the adding is failed, simply reset the Multi-sensor and retry.
