INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Please read carefully before use and keep for future reference
INTENDED USE
This device is intended for fat-free browning and grilling of panini, toast,
fish or meat.
The grill’s high power ensures rapid heating and maintenance of a steady
temperature
Please follow these instructions to ensure safe installation and use of the
device.
This device is intended for private household use indoors only.
It must not be used for commercial purposes.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- This device may be used by children 8 years of age or older and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or insufficient experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised by an adult or instructed in the safe use of the device and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the device.
- Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children unless they are supervised by an adult. Keep the device and its power cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
- Warning! Bread, if over-heated in the device, can burn! Risk of fire! Provide for adequate ventilation clearance above and around the device. The device must not come into contact with any curtains, wall decorations, clothes, paper towels or other flammable materials during operation.
- Clean the device in accordance with recommendations in point 8. Cleaning and care.
- Do not place the device on hot surfaces.
- Warning! Hot surface! Risk of burns! The outer surfaces of the A grill become hot. Do not touch hot surfaces, and avoid /R\ exposure to steam emitted by the device. Hold the device only by its handle.
- Regularly check the power cord for damage. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorized service centre or a qualified individual, so as to avoid hazards or injuries.
- The device must not be operated with the use of an external timer or a separate remote control.

- The device is intended for indoor use only
- Please operate the device on a flat and stable surface, resistant to high temperatures, in a place not at risk of being splashed by water
- Connect the device to a grounded socket of a 220-240 V 50/60 Hz AC mains.
- To prevent electrocution, do not immerse the plug, the power cord or the device in water or other liquids
- Never immerse the device in water or other liquids
- Protect the device against penetration by water
- Do not hang the power cord over a table or sink edge
- Never touch an electric device if it has been immersed in water or water has been spilled on it Disconnect it from the mains immediately
- Do not touch the device with wet hands.
- Operate the device carefully
- Do not leave the device unattended when it is on
- Remove the plug from the power outlet when the device is not being used or before you start cleaning the device Wait until the device cools down before you try to carry it or before you start cleaning it
- To disconnect the power cord from the outlet socket, pull by the plug only
- Do not cover the device and do not use it in the immediate vicinity of flammable materials
- Make sure not to connect too many electrical devices to a single circuit
- Do not attempt to open the device’s housing or disassemble any of its parts
- Always ensure proper room ventilation when operating the device.
- Use the device only for its intended purpose.
- Remove browned/grilled products with a plastic or wooden spatula or other non-metallic tool to avoid scratching the grill’s non-stick heating surface
- Do not wrap products in aluminium foil or anything else.
- Ensure the power cord is not caught between the base and the closed lid.
- Do not cover the device while it is on or still hot Wait until the device cools down before storing it.
- If the device is passed on to another user, it must be accompanied by this manual
- Keep the instruction manual and the packaging, if possible

Open the packaging and carefully take out the device Inspect the set for
completeness and any damage Check that plastic parts are not broken and the
power cord is not damaged.
If you find that any components are missing or damaged, contact the vendor and
do not use the device. Retain the packaging or dispose of it in accordance
with local regulations
Caution! For the sake of children’s safety, do not leave any packaging
materials accessible and unattended (plastic bags, cardboard boxes, Styrofoam
etc.). Risk of suffocation!
USE
7.1 Before use
Caution!
The device may emit a slight burning or smoky smell the first time it is used.
This is normal and short-lived. Just provide for adequate ventilation.
Before turning the device on, place it on a flat, solid surface resistant to
high temperature.
7.2 Turning the device on/off
- To turn the device ON, connect it to the mains with power supply specifications matching those provided on the device’s label.
- To turn the device OFF, disconnect it from the mains.
The device becomes energized immediately after it is connected to the mains.
Caution! Connect the device to a nearby easily accessible mains socket so
that it can be quickly disconnected in the event of an emergency.
7.3 Operation browning

Prepare the products to be browned. The products may not be wrapped in aluminium foil, paper etc.

Place the device on a dry, stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface, away from any sources of splashing water. The device has rubber anti-slip feet

Slide the drip tray under the fat drip hole.

Insert the plug into the power outlet The device will turn on The red light (operation) will turn on

Use the adjustment knob to set the desired browning power. The green light will turn on

When the desired temperature is reached (heating time is approx 3 min), the green light will turn off

Open the lid fully

Place the prepared products on the heating plate

Slowly close the lid.

Browning time depends on the type and thickness of the food, the pre-set temperature and your individual preferences Open the lid to check whether the products are evenly browned.

Remove the products using a wooden spatula or other plastic heat-resistant tool.

Turn the temperature adjustment knob to the left until it stops then disconnect the device from the power source.

Leave the device until it fully cools down, then clean it in accordance with section 8 Cleaning and care.
7.4 Operation – grilling

Prepare the products to be grilled.

Place the device on a dry, stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface, away from any sources of splashing water The device has rubber anti-slip feet

Slide the drip tray under the fat drip hole.

Use the handle to set the heating plates at an angle less than 90 degrees

While holding the handle with one hand, press and hold the release button (see picture below) with the other hand

Slowly pull the handle back, until the grill is fully opened

Grease the heating plates so that they are covered with a thin layer of fat or oil
-
Insert the plug into the power outlet The device will turn on The red light (operation) will turn on.

Use the adjustment knob to set the desired grilling power

When the device reaches the pre-set temperature, the green light will go off

Place the prepared products on the heating plate

Grilling time depends on the type and thickness of the food, the pre-set temperature and your individual preferences

Remove the products using a wooden spatula or other plastic heat-resistant tool

Turn the temperature adjustment knob to to the left until it stops then disconnect the device from the power source

Leave the device until it fully cools down, then clean it in accordance with section 8 Cleaning and care.
CLEANING AND CARE
8.1 General rules
Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation and extend the lifespan
of the device.
Warning! Before performing cleaning and maintenance operations, turn the device off, disconnect it from the power source and let it cool down, so as to avoid burns and electric shock
Caution! Do not clean the device with any chemicals, alkali, abrasive or
disinfecting agents, as they may damage the surface of the device.
Caution! Do not use metal, sharp or rough cleaning accessories, as they may
damage the surface of the device!
Do not immerse the device or the power cord in water or other liquids.
Prior to next use, make sure that the device is completely dry.
Protect the device against penetration by water.
8.2 Cleaning the device
- Clean the device with a clean damp cloth
- Wipe the heating plates with a damp cloth
- If necessary, use a mild cleaning agent
- Do not use agents which may scratch the surface Do not use sharp tools.
- Wash the drip tray under running water with the addition of washing-up liquid
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
The device does not contain any user-serviceable parts Do not attempt to
repair the device on your own. Always have a specialist perform repairs.
If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by the manufacturer, an
authorized service centre or a competent person to avoid risk or injury
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
- Clean the device as described.
- Store the device in a horizontal position.
- Always keep the device in a dry, well-ventilated location inaccessible to children
- Protect the device against vibration and shock during transport.
DISPOSAL
All the packaging materials are recyclable and are labelled as such. Dispose
of the packaging in accordance with local regulations
Keep the packaging materials out of children’s reach, as these materials can
pose a hazard Correct disposal of the device
