INTENDED USE

The blender is designed for blending and mixing food.
This appliance is not intended for use in industrial conditions or for commercial purposes.
Following the instructions contained in this manual will ensure safe installation and use of the appliance.
This appliance is designed for household use only.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The device may be used by children older than 8 years of age and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or people with inexperience and knowledge, if they are supervised or use the device safely, in accordance with the instruction manual and understand the hazards.
  2. Cleaning and maintenance of the device may not be performed by children unless they are over 8 years old and are under the care of an adult.
  3. Keep the device and its power cord away from children under the age of 8.
  4. The appliance may be used by individuals with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or by individuals lacking the necessary experience and knowledge, provided that they are  supervised or use the appliance safely, in accordance with the instruction manual, and understand the hazards involved.
  5. Children must not play with the appliance.
  6. Warning! You can get injured if you misuse the product. Be particularly careful while removing accessories.
  7.  Use only the accessories included in the set.
  8. Be particularly careful when handling the blades or cleaning the appliance.
  9. The maximum operating time of the appliance within a single cycle is 1 minute. After the lapse of that time, disconnect the appliance from the power source and wait 1 minute before operating it again.
  10. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a  sudden steaming.
  11.  Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision
  12. When cleaning parts which come into contact with food, follow the instructions contained in section 8 Cleaning and maintenance.
  13. Disconnect the appliance from the power source before you dismantle it or before you approach parts that move during appliance operation.
  14. Always disconnect the appliance from the power source when it is not to be used and before you start cleaning, assembling or disassembling the appliance.
  15.  If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, a service centre representative, or a properly qualiied individual in order to avoid hazard and injury.
  16. This appliance is intended for household use and for similar uses, such as:
    • dining room equipment at a store, at an o □ ce or in other working environments,
    •  on a farm,
    •  in hotel rooms, motels or similar environments, – in boarding houses.
  17. Read the entire manual before you start using the product.
  18. Before connecting the appliance to a power source, make sure that the mains parameters are consistent with those speciied on the rating plate on the appliance.
  19. Connect the appliance to a 220-240 V~ 50/60 Hz alternating current mains.
  20.  When using electric appliances, especially in the presence of children, basic safety precautions should be observed in order to avoid the risk of ire or electric shock.
  21. This appliance is intended for household use only. Use the appliance only for its intended purposes.
  22. To prevent electrocution, do not immerse the plug, the power cord or the appliance in water or other liquids.
  23. Do not hang the power cord over a table or sink edge.
  24.  Do not use the appliance near lammable fabrics (curtains, carpets etc.), and do not leave it near sources of heat: gas water heaters, electric cookers etc.
  25.  Unfold the power cord before you start using the appliance.
  26.  The power cord should not hang freely or touch any hot surface.
  27. Do not cover the appliance during operation. If the appliance is covered or touching any lammable material, it poses a ire hazard.
  28.  When operating the appliance, do not put your hands or any objects (utensils, tools etc.) into the ingredients being mixed.
  29. Do not touch moving (rotating) components with your hands. Keep your ingers, hair and clothes away from any moving parts.
  30. Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is connected to the mains.
  31. Do not operate the appliance when it is damaged or after it malfunctions.
  32. Do not use the appliance after it has been dropped or shows clear signs of damage.
  33. Do not attempt to open the body or dismantle any parts of the appliance.
  34. Risk of burns! Do not use the appliance for mixing boiling liquids or hot oils/ fats.
  35.  Never put any ingredients in the container when operating the blender.
  36. Do not point the blades toward your or anyone else’s face while the appliance is operating.
  37.  It is recommended that the blender be wiped with a soft, damp cloth or a paper towel, then left till dry.
  38.  Wash the blades with a solution of lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
  39. 39. If any residues cannot be removed easily, use a wooden or plastic spatula.
  40.  Residues can be removed from inaccessible places with a cotton swab.
  41.  Retain the instruction manual and the packaging, if possible.

Open the packaging and carefully take the appliance out. Make sure that the set is complete and that its components are undamaged. Check that plastic parts are not broken and the power cord is not damaged. If you ind that any components are missing or damaged, contact the vendor and do not use the product. Keep the packaging or dispose of it in accordance with local regulations.

Caution!
To keep children safe, do not leave any packaging parts (plastic bags, cardboard boxes, expanded polystyrene elements etc.) freely accessible. Danger of suffocation!

OPERATION

Before use
  1. Unpack the appliance.
  2.  Make sure the power supply parameters of the appliance match the parameters of the local mains.
  3. Before operating the appliance for the irst time, clean it and the accessories as described in section 8 Cleaning and maintenance of this instruction manual.

Switching the appliance on/off

  1. Connect the appliance to a 220-240 V~ 50/60 Hz alternating current mains.
  2. To turn the appliance on, press and hold the SLOW or TURBO operation button.
  3. To turn the appliance off, release the SLOW or TURBO operation button.
Operation

Prepare ingredients for blending:

  1. Cut meat, vegetables, cheese, onion, garlic etc. into smaller pieces.
  2.  Remove bones and cartilage from meat

When using the appliance directly when cooking soups, sauces or other dishes, remove the pan/pot from the cooker so that the blending attachment is not overheated.

  1. Connect the appliance to a 220-240 v- 50/60 Hz alternating current mains.
  2.  Place the products for blending in a 600ml container. The container should not be illed higher than 3/4 of its height.
  3. To increase the rotation speed, turn the appliance off, then turn the rotation speed control ring to the desired position. 1 means the lowest speed, 5 means the highest speed.
  4. Tum the appliance on.
  5. After you have inished blending, release the SLOW or TURBO button to turn the hand blender off.
  6. Wash blending attachment with stainless steel blades and container 600ml.

Attention! The rotation speed control cannot be used if the appliance is operated in the TURBO mode.
A Caution! Ln, The stainless steel blades are very sharp. Handle them very carefully.
The maximum operating time of the appliance within a single cycle cannot exceed 1 minute. When 1 minute elapse, turn the appliance off and wait 1 minutes before using it again.
Disconnect the appliance from the power source before you approach parts that move during appliance operation.
If the blade gets jammed during appliance operation, tum the appliance off immediately. Disconnect the appliance from the power source and remove the cause of the jam. If you operate the appliance with the blades jammed, you could damage the appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation and extend the life span o the appliance.
Warning! Before performing cleaning and maintenance operations, tum the appliance off, disconnect it from the power source and let it cool down, so as to avoid burns and electric shock.

  1. Wipe the handle of the hand blender with a dry, soft cloth or a paper towel.
  2. Wash the attachment with stainless steel blades andontainer 600 ml using a solution of lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Leave till dry.
  3.  If any residues cannot be removed easily, use a wooden or plastic spatula.
  4.  Residues can be removed from inaccessible places with a cotton swab.
  5.  Never immerse the blender body in water or other liquids.

Caution!
Do not clean the appliance with any strong chemicals, alkali, abrasive or disinfecting agents, as they may damage the surface of the appliance.
Do not use metal, sharp or rough cleaning accessories, as they may damage the surface of the appliance!
Do not immerse the handle or the power cord of the hand blender in water or other liquids. & Be careful when cleaning blades – they are sharp.

SERVICE

The product does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to make any repairs on your own. Always have a specialist perform repairs. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service centre representative or a properly qualiied individual.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

The product must be cleaned as described above and left until it is completely dry.
Always keep the device in a dry, well-ventilated location inaccessible to children.
Protect the appliance against vibration and shock during transport.

DISPOSAL

All the packaging materials are recyclable and labelled as such. The packaging should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Keep the packaging materials out of children’s reach, as the materials can pose a hazard. Correct disposal of the device: ‘{;r

  1. According to the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU, the crossed-out wheelie~ bin symbol (shown on the left) is used to label all electric and electronic – devices requiring segregation.
  2.  Do not dispose of the spent product with domestic waste: hand it over to an electric and electronic device collection and recycling centre. The crossedout wheelie bin symbol placed on the product, instruction manual or package communicates this requirement.
  3.  Materials incorporated in the device can be recycled in accordance with the speciic markings. By recycling materials and spent equipment you will help to protect the environment.
  4. Information on electric and electronic devices collection centres is available from local government agencies or from the dealer.

This device has been designed, manufactured and marketed in accordance with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive. Therefore, the product has been marked with the CE mark and a declaration of conformity has been issued for it, which is made available to market regulators.

General terms and conditions of the warranty

  1. The Warrantor for this product warrants that within 24 months from the product purchase date confirmed with a duly completed warranty card, the product shall be, at the discretion of the Warrantor, subject to:

    • free repair to be performed by the Warrantor, with the reservation that removed, damaged or faulty parts of the product shall become the property of the Warrantor in order to ensure the Customer’s safety,
    • replacement with a new product at the point of product purchase, as a result of which the damaged or faulty product shall become the property of the Warrantor,
    • return in exchange for reimbursement of the product’s purchase price, as a result of which the damaged or faulty product shall become the property of the Warrantor.
  2. A damaged/faulty product means a product failing to provide the features described in the Instruction Manual due to intrinsic properties of the device.

  3. The Beneiciary under the warranty shall deliver the device to the Customer Service Point at a given store in order to submit a complaint about the equipment. When asserting your rights under warranty, you need to present a duly completed warranty card or a purchase receipt/invoice together with a description of the device defect in as much detail as possible, in particular of the external manifestations of the defect.

  4. A warranty card without the vendor’s stamp and signature and without the
    sale date is invalid.

  5. The warranty excludes products with physical damage other than that caused by the manufacturer or distributor, including speciically any damage resulting from incorrect usage or force majeure.

  6.  The warranty excludes products without the tamper-proof seal, unless an authorized Service employee has removed the seal.

  7. The Service shall endeavour to complete the repair within 21 days. The said time limit may be extended to 1 month in the event that spare parts currently unavailable at the Service must be purchased.

  8. To facilitate the repair, the product should be returned to the Service complete
    with all its original components.

  9.  This warranty for the sold consumer product does not exclude, restrict or suspend the rights of the buyer arising from statutory warranty regulations covering defects in sold goods pursuant to the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws Dz.U.2014.121 ).

  10. The warranty shall be applicable within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
