Charging the batteries immediately after use can significantly shorten the battery’ s life. Attempting to charge the battery when it is hotterthan the approved range of 32°Fto 104″Fwill activate the charger’s protection mechanism, resulting in an extended charging time.
  • If the battery le.tel is low, wait until the battery has cooled down to room temperature (between lS”C (59°F) and 30°C (86″F)) before charging.
  • Make sure to keep the battery away from all combustible and flammable materials while charging. Place the charger on a fireproof surface, such as concrete or ceramic, not on wood orany otherflammable surface, such as paper, plastic, carpet, fabric, etc. It is strongly recommended that you place the charger in a fireproof, unsealed container when charging the battery, e,,en when placed on a fireproof surface.
  • DO NOT leave a charging battery unattended in case of an unexpected accident If a charging battery appears to be swelling or starts smoking, DISCONTINUE CHARGING IMMEDIATELY.
  • Carefully remove (as it may be hot ) the battery from the charger and place the battery in a safe and open space. Observe the battery until it cools down.
  • In case of a fire or explosion, disconnect the power immediately. DO NOT USE WATER to extinguish any fire involving lithium polymer batteries. Putout any lithium battery fire using sand or a dry powderfire extinguisher.
  • Charging batteries that are outside this temperature range (S”C (41 “F) and 40°C (1D4″F)) may lead to longerchargingtimes, fire, battery damage, or explosion.

NOTICE:

  • Batteries can be charged in a temperature range between 5°C (41°F) and 40’C (104’F). Do not charge batteries with temperatures outside of this range. Charging a battery thatis between 5’C (41F) and 15’C (59 F) will result in a longer charging time than charging it in the 15’C (59F) and 40C (I04 F] temperature range. Batterv Storage
