10. Safety Recommendations
- Electric scooter – it is only a device for entertainment, not a vehicle. But once you are driving to the public area, the e-Scooter brings certain risks for your safety. Therefore, you must follow the instructions strictly outlined in this driving manual for your safety and others.
- You should understand that you must comply with all safety recommendations if you ride the e-Scooter in a public place. In addition, you must know that even if you follow this user manual completely, you may be at risk caused by illegal driving/improper operation of others or vehicles. Just like when you walk or ride a bicycle, you can also be injured by other vehicles.
- As in other types of vehicles, the higher the speed of the e-Scooter, the greater the braking distance. On some smooth roads, emergency braking may cause skidding of the e-Scooter, loss of balance, and even fall. Therefore, during moving of e-Scooter, you need to be vigilant, adhere to an appropriate speed, keep a safe distance from pedestrians or with other vehicles. Riding on unfamiliar terrain, keep vigilance and appropriate speed.
- While riding the e-Scooter, respect the rights of pedestrians. Do not scare them, especially children. Before you pass the pedestrians, use a bell to remind them and slow down when passing. If you move in the same direction as pedestrians, keep to the left side as much as possible(right side for right-hand traffic countries ). If you are moving in the opposite direction, stick to the right and slow down.
- Please strictly follow your country road rules to driving and strictly abide by rules set out in the instructions and safety recommendations. Violation of the above rules may result in financial expenses, personal injury, the occurrence of traffic accidents, legal disputes, conflict, and other unpleasant situations. Our company does not bear any direct or joint liability.
- To avoid personal injury, do not loan e-Scooter to others who do not know how to drive.\ Before you transfer your e-Scooter to friends, please let him(her) spend training and teach he(her)must be wearing the proper safety gear.
- Please do scrutinize the e-Scooter before each use. If you find all kinds of abnormal symptoms (such as damaged parts, decreasing battery life, tires leak air or wear excessively, uncharacteristic sounds when turning, etc), please stop using the e-Scooter immediately. Don’t ride it reluctantly.

with the plug. Otherwise, you may get an electric shock, or may have severe
water damage caused by water falling into this port, may have severe water
damage.
If you do not use the e-Scooter, store it in a dry, cool place, and do not
leave the unit outdoor for a long time. Long-term sunlight exposure/in highly
high temperature/over- low temperature can cause rapid aging of an outer body
and wheels of e-Scooter or reduce battery life.
Maintenance of Electric Scooter battery
- Do not use batteries from other brands to avoid a dangerous situation;
- Do not open or disassemble the battery to prevent electric shock. Avoid contact with metal objects to prevent an occurrence of a short circuit. Otherwise, the battery may have malfunctioned or can injure the user;
- It‘s recommended to use an AC adapter that comes in the original configuration of the device, to prevent an occurrence of accident or fire of the vehicle;
- Improper disposal of used batteries and accumulators is the cause of severe environmental pollution. Please dispose of batteries following local laws. Please do not dispose of batteries together with food waste.Protecting the environment together!
- After each use of the device, charge the battery to prolong its service life.
Warning :
Do not store the e-Scooter & battery in rooms with temperatures that exceed
50℃ or -20℃ (for example, do not leave the battery of e-Scooter and other
batteries in cars in the hot summer) or put the battery near the fire.
As a result of these actions may deteriorate the battery, overheating and even
can cause a fire.
If within 30 days the e-Scooter is not used, charge the battery and keep the
device in a cool, dry place. Every 30 days, you need to charge the battery.
Otherwise, there is the likelihood of its failure, which is not subject to
warranty services. Avoid a complete discharge of the device, and it will
extend battery life.
When using the device at average room temperature, the battery will ride a
much greater distance. Its performance will be better, but if you use the
scooter at temperatures below 0°C, its performance and permeability decrease.
At-20°C, a traveled distance is less than the scooter in the standard
conditions of half or even less. If a temperature rises, the traveled distance
by the vehicle will also increase.
Note: A complete charge e-Scooter runs about 120-180 days of standby time. The
battery has a smart chip that stores information about its charging-
discharging. If you are not charging the battery for a long time, it can
cause severe damage, for which it is impossible to charge the device again.
This kind of damage is not included in the free warranty service. (Caution: Do
not disassemble the device by unauthorized people, as there is a risk of
electric shock or severe injury resulting from a short circuit).
Adjusting the handlebars
