Features

Note

  • The unit can control a camera equipped with a Sony grip remote control connector.

Attaching the grip remote control to a camera (Fig. B)

  1. Attach the arm to the grip rosette attachment and tighten the screw (a) to secure in position.
  2. Connect the grip remote control cable to the grip remote control connector (b) on the camera.

Notes

  • Attach/remove the grip remote control while the camera is turned off.
  • Make sure that the grip remote control arm is securely attached to the camera. A loose screw may cause the camera to fall while shooting.
  • Do not support the weight of the camera by holding only the grip remote control.
  • If the cable of the grip interferes with operation, secure the cable using the cable clamp (c) in the centre of the arm.
  • When mounting a camera, adjust the angle of the arm so that the camera remains stable.

Adjusting the arm angle C-1

  1. Lift the angle adjustment lever (d) in the direction of the arrow and adjust the arm angle.
  2. Release the angle adjustment lever at the desired arm angle.
    • The arm is secured in position.

Adjusting the arm length C-1

  1. Loosen the arm extension screw (e) and adjust the arm length.
  2. Tighten the screw after adjusting the length.

Press the grip rotation lever (f) and adjusting the angle of the grip remote control.
