parts

Assembly

  1. Fix the plastic hanging hooks through the left and right hanging holes at the top of the water bag.
  2. Secure in the desired position using the included nuts and bolts.
  3. Insert the wide end of the 2-way tube connector, into the valve at the base of the water bag.
  4. Make sure that the bottom of the water bag is positioned at the same height as the drippers. This system works best at a low water pressure, raising the bag height will increase the water pressure.
  5. Connect the long section of irrigation tube to the exposed end of the 2-way tube connector, which is already inserted into the water bag valve.
  6. Extend the irrigation tube, which is now connected to the water bag and mark on it your desired dripper points. You should use at least 1.5 metres of tube between the water bag and the first adjustable dripper, as this helps to reduce water pressure. Cut the tube at each of these points and connect the 6 adjustable drippers by inserting the tube ends onto the two exposed connecting points of each dripper.
  7. Seal the far end of the tube by inserting the end of the bung.
  8. Check that the irrigation tube has not become kinked as this may cut off the water flow.
  9. Fill the water bag through the opening slit at the top of the bag if easier use a watering can to fill the bag.
  10. Carefully open each of the adjustable drippers to your required drip rate. Do not set the drip rate any slower than 1 drip per second, this will cause the drip rate to slow as the water bag empties and the water pressure drops.
