SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

DoorBird IP Video Door Station D10x/D11x/D21x-Series. Onna Device (ONNA L)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The following guide will take you through the steps of setting up a DoorBird IP Video Door Station in connection with Onna Device. Please make sure that the Onna device receives an IP address and is connected to the same local network of your DoorBird IP Video Door Station. Please also make sure that your DoorBird is online, using this service: https://www.doorbird.com/checkonline

The local IP address of your DoorBird is available from the same page. Note on video functionality: Onna does not itself handle video, but instead sets up a direct video connection between the devices used. Please make sure the Onna Device you plan to use with your DoorBird IP Video Door Station is set up for video

SETTING UP THE ONNA DEVICE

  1. Connect Onna device to power supply and LAN connection to local network.
    Note : You can see IP details on the Onna device–>Settings–>Information

  2. Open the Onna Configurator software on the PC/Laptop.

  3. In About, select the preferred language and Onna model. Enter the IP details in the settings.DoorBird-Connect-ONNA-FIG-1

  4. Click READ CONFIGURATION. After receiving successful Configuration

  5. Go to Intercom, select Intercom type as DoorBird. Tick Authenticate.
    Add Intercom details in the Onna configurator software.

  6. Click Save. Go to Settings,

  7. SEND CONFIGUARTION. After sending configuration successfully

  8. Reboot Onna. Reboot option is available on the device

SETTING UP THE DOORBIRD IP VIDEO DOORSTATION

For the DoorBird IP Video Door Station to be properly able to communicate with the Onna device, the DoorBird device’s SIP-settings must be adjusted accordingly

  1. Open the DoorBird App and log into the administration area under “Settings → Administration” using the administrator user and password credentials from the “DIGITAL PASSPORT” document that was shipped with your DoorBird IP Video Door Station.
  2. Choose “SIP Settings” from the menu and activate the “SIP active” switch.DoorBird-Connect-ONNA-FIG-4
  3. Since the connection between the Onna device and DoorBird IP Video Door Station will be peer-to-peer, no further settings are required on this screen, and the following fields should be left blank.
  4. Go back to the main administration area and tap on “SIP Numbers”, then tap “Add”.DoorBird-Connect-ONNA-FIG-5
  5. In the subsequent screen, enter an arbitrary name in the “Name” field, e.g., “onna”. For the SIP address, enter the IP address of your Onna device and SIP address as e.g., onna@x.x.x.x.
  6. For devices with single doorbell (e.g., D10xx, etc.) in the administration area under “schedule for doorbell” from the settings menu. Select the appropriate button and tap “Schedule for actions”. From this screen, tap the bell symbol in the upper left corner, choose “SIP call” and fill out the schedule per your requirements.
  7. For devices outfitted with a keypad (e.g., D21xx) in the administration area under “Keypad” in the settings menu. Select the appropriate key combination and go to “Schedule for actions”. From this screen, tap the bell symbol in the upper left corner, choose “SIP call” and fill out the schedule per your requirements.
  8. For all devices outfitted with two doorbells (e.g., D11xx) in the administration area under “schedule for doorbell 1 or 2” in the settings menu. Select the appropriate key combination and go to “Schedule for actions”. From this screen, tap the bell symbol in the upper left corner, choose “SIP call” and fill out the schedule per your requirementDoorBird-Connect-ONNA-FIG-6
  9. Return to the main administration area and save the settings. Wait for about five minutes for the new settings to take place.
